Same issues as the other reviewers. For 6 months, no issues, I have a PO Box, with automatic payment from my bank account. The last 4 months they started sending my mail back, even with my account in good standings, and Id have to call the companies (like my insurance) and tell them that my address is still good. Then the past 2 months I get emails from post office saying my account is cancelled because of not receiving my payments - BUT IM ON AUTOMATIC PAYMENT!!! Suddenly its an issue? that makes no sense. So I speak to the lady at the front desk to ask her why this all keeps happening. She then takes my number and has the "PO Box Supervisor" call me. I said "Hello". He said, "Yeah, you have a problem with the PO Box." I began to explain what was going on, he interrupted me and said, "your problem is that we havent received payment." I said, "well first of all, I dont have a problem, second, Im on automatic debit, I have plenty of money in my bank, you all keep sending me messages that youre going to cancel my PO Box, and over the last 4 months I have mail being returned randomly." He said, "well, your problem is you havent paid since July. I said, Im on automatic debit, so this shouldnt be an issue." He said, "well you need to call your bank." I said, "I dont think my bank is the issue, but this also doesnt explain why my mail gets returned for 4 months now when my account has always been in good standings." He once again said, "well youre problem is you havent paid since July." I said, I think Im just going to go ahead and disconnect my service at this point. He then hung up on me. LOL.... I hate to say it, but the stereo type seems to hold true. Typical Union worker postal employee, doesnt care - THIS IS WHY THE POST OFFICE HAS LOST SO MUCH BUSINESS - Use FEDEX, UPS, or other services folks, this place is a joke and you cant trust them. P.S. THE LINES ARE ALWAYS LONG TOO, AND TAKE FOREVER, GOOD LUCK.

This is the worst mail service I have ever experienced in my whole life! I am fed up!. I have a secured mailbox and the crappy postal person is constantly putting my mail and things Ive ordered and paid money for in other peoples mailboxes or just loses my dam shipments. WTF? I had several things from China come in and I got 1 package that had 5 items in it and the other 2 items are completely missing and it had tracking and the notations from the mail person said it was delivered to my mailbox! Well guess what? It wasnt in my mailbox. Where the hell did they put it? Its locked so nobody stole it. There was no key for me if they put it in a parcel box and now they dont answer the phone before 9am. I need to contact my local office and have my stupid route driver look for my package. Its stuff I need for my business! And it cost more than the other items I purchased. This is not the first time this had happened. They have either stolen stuff from me or put it in someone elses mailbox! Im so sick of this! I should not have to micro manage the stupid postal delivery people. The customer cant win! And yes to add a comment to others, the line is so long at the Capels office that I cant stand to go into that place for anything! Oh, I used to get my mail first thing in the morning around 10 am and after 5 years of living here at the same place 1 day they decided to screw everything up and now I have to wait till 4-5:30 to get my mail! Im just sick of this crap! The service sucks! Im done!!!

So for whatever reason this post office decided that i didnt need my mail anymore so they shipped it all back to the original senders. then they continued to send me mail that wasnt addressed to me and they sent me other peoples mail that didnt live anywhere near me. Ive had to go to the DMV twice now to fix the mistake they caused, Ive had to call the people who send me mail (such as doctors and stuff for school to tell them thats still my address), I had to bring in extra proof to the DMV that i actually lived where i said i lived and when i went and talked to the post master about what was going she informed me that it wasnt the post offices fault but my own and that if i have any expenses because of what they did it would be on me. She didnt even have the kindness to say sorry she just continued to blame me. another woman was in there complaining about the same thing and a different manager treated her the exact same way. then she started shouting at the other woman and called her stupid and other things that no professional should say to a customer. if this is why the us postal service is going under i can understand why. i highly recommend that if you need something shipped do NOT go here!

I have been receiving horrible service. I have daily pickups that Im scheduled for DURING our hours of operation. Not only is the new carrier rude and unfriendly (constantly b*tching about this or that, or just glares on certain days), but she throws packages into the back of her truck without care, or on the ground because her truck is too full. She comes across as "put out" by having to pick up priority mail which is a free service offered by USPS if you use their priority mail service. Ive had damaged items received by customers since they changed my normal post man. I spend thousands of dollars with them and they pay me back by pounding on the door before were open, not returning during business hours, damaging merchandise, not picking up their phones when you call to discuss whats happening, unable to speak to anyone in charge, allowing their representatives (postal workers) to behave in the manner they do, and treat customers with disrespect. Im rethinking to give my business back to UPS unless they change. Im sure the local media would love to get a story like this..

This place is the worst. Shabby and rundown, imagine the stereotype of the frustrating, slow post office and then imagine this is just a little worse than that. The best you could say about the employees is that theyre indifferent. Some are rude and argumentative. There is one woman who seems like she on sedatives. They usually have her work the front. She seems like shes moving in slow motion. Dont expect to get in and out of this place in any reasonable amount of time. It does happen on occasion, but dont go in expecting it or the frustration level will skyrocket. 45 minutes to ship a package is about the average in my experience. They will also nickel and dime you any way they can. Using a white shipping label? Nope, looks too much like priority. Going to need you to buy a new one or ship priority. Need an extra piece of tape? Sorry. Theres some over there that you can buy though. This place is really a nightmare, and the air of resigned apathy is palpable. If you can, hit up a different branch. Otherwise bring a drink and a snack, and Godspeed.
