This is the WORST post office! Theyve repeasedly lost and or misdirected my packages. They often dont even make a first attempt - Ive had several cases where I was definitely home when they supposedly tried to deliver a package. They didnt leave any card/note saying they tried to deliver anything. Finally Id DRIVE 20 minutes to the station - if you call they dont answer the phone, it just rings and rings. Sure enough, theres my package. In another case, I tracked a package that hadnt shown up; online they claimed my package (which Im positive was addressed correctly as I re-confirmed it with the sender) was addressed incorrectly and was rerouted to Las Vegas(?!?!), after reaching Evergreen DCU...There was a piece of jewelry worth over $1000 in the package and it still hasnt turned up, two months later. I suspect someone at Evergereen may have stolen it. This sort of thing has just happened too many times, now. Several employees - most notably a heavy-set, older man - are astoundingly rude to boot. It seems incredible to me that with so many good people out of work, someone like this continues to hold a job.

Having lived in many, many cities across the United States, I have to commend the LG post office for community/customer relations. They do actually answer their phones and, over this Christmas holiday when one of our incoming packages was lost, the supervisor took the time to speak to me personally and call me back in the morning to see how things were going. The line at the office, yesterday, was moving briskly and the folks working there were encouraging everyone to keep it that way. Who does not expect lines at the Post Office at Chrismas? No brainer. P.S. . . . not everyone living in Lake Grove is privileged, and those that are blessed generally go out of their way to share their blessings with their neighbors. It is a great place to live and we do work very hard to live here. Happy Christmas!

Going Elsewhere. Now I can see why Post Offices around the country are either closing or reducing hours. Customer Service matters and one guy here is bringing down their rating. Ive taken Gregs power tripping attitude for a while but the last time I went there I had had enough. Thankfully I checked his worked before I left and found his mistake that I had him correct. Of course he blamed me. I told him to make it an electronic return receipt and he argued that I never told him that. That is the ONLY reason I went there. He is the worst. As I left a woman met me outside and told me he is always like that - on a power trip. Probably the only job he hasnt lost because the post office doesnt have a high bar in hiring or retaining employees. I will never go there again. Im using UPS.

While searching for hours of operation for this post office, I couldnt believe it when I read that other people had written bad reviews for them. I drive over from Tualatin to use this post office because it is so much better than ours! They operate on extended and weekend hours and the people who work here are always quick with a smile, helpful and polite. There are usually 3-4 people working with customers when they are busy and the line moves quickly. I have never seen only one person by themselves so if it does happen, it must not happen very often. In my opinion, this Lake Grove post office is the example to live by for all other post offices.

A mixed bag here. Everyone is competent, but efficiency varies tremendously. One gentleman, whos name escaped me at the moment but he always works at the station to the far right, is amazing. Thorough, fast, efficient, friendly but gets business taken care of. He can handle two customers for every one the otehrs here do. I always hope to end up at his window. Another is knowledgeable but wastes sooooo much time pedantically conveying information that he takes three to four times as long with each customer as Mr. Efficiency - but without any advantage to the customer, in fact Ill let people ahead of me to avoid him.

The worst place ever, they forget who they are working for and that is the American people but they think they owned the place and WOW what a Horrible bunch of worthless tax dollar nonsense I ever have seen but this postal service we have is bad and real bad, next time Vote NO and abolish this crap, we the people should get our mail not be held hostage by a bunch of lowlife thugs that they think they are king and queen of the mail. If you go here and do business, then I have no pity for you but I cant wait until we depose of this worthless garbage we call the mail service!!!!!!!!!!

I go here regularly to drop off my eBay shipments, up to 4 times a week. With the exception of one person working at the front (hes not there regularly, or at least when I usually go in), everyone else is extremely helpful, friendly, and efficient. Even with a long line, I dont have to wait more than 5 minutes. The one time I had to complain about the aforementioned person, the manager I spoke to on the phone was very apologetic about his behavior. My all-time favorite post office is in Ripon, Wisconsin, but this is a close #2.

There are always long lines in this post office and most times theres only one register open. Most recently I found that the people working there were extremely unhelpful and rude and I have a very frustrating experience. Unless you have all the time in the world, I do not recommend this post office. I have used this location a few times despite long lines as it is close to my work but I would probably save both money and time by driving a little further to a different location like UPS!

I liked this Post Office. Well organized, well stocked and they were very helpful. I needed to send a certified letter and didnt know how to do it, they helped me fill out the forms and everything, pretty easy in and out and they were very nice. If I was a local I would use them regularly, nice place. The parking lot is small so during the holidays that might be a little tight? Far nicer than my local place at home.

Never delivered a package to the recipient. Claimed they did but the tracking information proves they didnt (not to mention the fact that the recipient didnt receive it). They dont want to help. They only want to wash their hands of the problem. They hung up on us twice. Worthless lazy people work here. And by the way, theyre incompetent too.

Very nice people and they do a really good job. Been shipping and receiving packages from them for over a decade and not once have I had a damaged or missing item. Thank you to the hard working staff on Boones Ferry Road. You guys do a good job, especially considering how busy it can get in there. Youre efforts are appreciated....

These folks take care of their customers one on one. It sometimes takes a little longer, but you can be assured that you will find the best rate and shipping method for your parcel.They saved me $$$ by helping me to reduce the size of my box, providing that box and repacking it on the spot...How Cool is that!!! 5 STARS
