I mailed a very special card to my mother over 3 weeks ago to Redding California. At the same time I mailed a small box for her and a hospital bill payment... the payment and the card to my mom have NEVER been recieved!!! This isnt the 1st time mail I sent or mail I was to receive has NOT gotten to where its suppose to be or to me... I get they are human too and make mistakes, but this seems to be an on going thing with this post office. There was a time I had a P.O. box there, about 8yrs ago, and i literally recieved over 30 peoples payments for a buisness here in town...and no I didnt open them..i could tell by the return envelope they were mailed in... I didnt even leave the post office..i took them all right into the post master and told them that it was a good thing I was an honest person because whoever put them in my mailbox could have cost a lot of people a lot of money and problems... rediculous

A while ago I got a PO Box because my mail at my house was being tampered with, would come up missing, or end up at someone else home. I thought getting a PO Box would reduce the mishaps I had experienced. Since I have had the PO Box, I have had items returned to the sender because the post office noted I did not have a PO Box, I have had items crammed into the box that should not have been and I have had some items were received that had a date stamp by the post office from a month prior. All of which were substantially important documents. I have complained in person to the post office, each time I was told I could go online and file a complaint. Each time I have search the US postal website and cannot find a complaint form. Not sure where else I can turn, this has become a very disheartening experience

I dont know what is going on with the Lebanon mail but Ive become extremely frustrated with it. I do a lot of online shopping and have been having an increasing problem with my packages being marked as delivered when they havent been. A couple months ago an order was marked as delivered, after 3 days of still not receiving my order, I reordered , the first order eventually showed up two weeks after being marked as delivered. Im waiting on yet another package that shouldve been here several days ago, was marked delivered, I called USPS about it and Im still waiting for my package. Ive never dealt with such unreliable mail service.
