When we first moved to Ridgefield eight years ago, our noon mail service was excellent. Then, 3-4 years passed and the mail delivery began coming later and later until it has been averaging 5:30 to 6:30 p.m. daily. Of course, getting mail at that time of day is actually a lost day because its too late to make any use of the mail received at all. The worst of it was yet to come. During first part of Nov. we received no mail at all, then only two pieces of mail after 7 p.m. Relatives say we should definitely have received many holiday cards, AND we werent even receiving bills. Then, NEIGHBORS began bringing mail to our house that had been delivered TO THEIR BOX! And so it goes........I called the post office manager and was advised that a person is being trained so that accounts for no mail, and 7 p.m. delivery is to be expected regardless. Question: Just How Many Articles Of Mail Have We Not Received?? No customer concern expressed whatsoever by the station manager. Apparently our postal delivery is of primary importance only to the customer.....not to U.S.P.S. Ridgefield, WA.

Not sure if the post office is closed on mondays or the mail just does not get delivered....Which is very upsetting considering we have bills to pay, checks coming in & packages that we are waiting on. Also, we had packages dropped off by our gate (which I have no problem with when it is not raining) BUT they also leave our mail on top of the packages & the wind blows it all over the property. Pretty sure our mail should be delivered into the mailbox not throughout our yard. There are days where I am constantly checking the mail thinking it will get delivered but there are random days throughout the week that mail does not even come. I check the status of my packages daily & they will say that they are out for delivery for 2-3 days. The service is horrible and a change needs to be made.

Came to Vancouver area 3 years ago from Arizona. I use FedEx, UPS, and USPS extensively. My mail delivery is from this post office. After many interactions, I can state that I have had zero problems. Customer service is fine. The clerks and route deliverers are good, solid professionals. The folks at the front desk recently went out of their way to give directions to a local address I was not familiar with, and even demonstrated the Iphone map app for me. Standing on ones feet all day dealing with many members of the public is trying, and not without challenges.

This Post Office has the WORST service imaginable. The Postmaster has been rude to my wife a number of times, but this latest experience takes the cake. A Christmas Gift sat in their office for FOUR DAYS, and the only reason its not still sitting there is because I went up there and asked why FedEx says they dropped it off on the 24th and I havent received it! There is no excuse for service this lousy! I pay over $75 per year for my box, and this is the service I get? What a joke!

Absolutly horrible customer service very unhappy with the lady who wouldnt give effort to even look for my packages and was rude to me when I asked again in a different way Ridgefield is supposed to be family orrentated not rude and disrespectful to customers! I wouldnt even give them one star but I had no choice. Ridgefield really should hire different office people at front desk!

ZERO stars. Called for hours and they have the phone off the hook on purpose. Nothing but a busy signal which means I have to drive down there now and may need to calm down before I waste more time on this. There is a key broken off in one of our neighborhood package boxes and no way to relay this message to anyone.

Ive been here a handful of times since moving to Ridgefield back in October and everyone there has been nothing but nice each time I go. Its always been super quick, too. Glad I have a post office so close to home!

The agent lady at the front desk is very unplesant and frowning every time I visit the place ,of course, never have seen her greeting. to customers either. The worst part of this post office : they closed on Sat.

Mail carrier delivers packages to wrong houses multiple times each month. The station manager blames it on the street names. Fedex and UPS always find the right house so why cant the usps in Ridgefield?
