NEVER let a tire shop inspect or make any repairs to your vehicles!! The young employees who work in the shop are definitely not mechanics and are not skilled, knowledgeable or professional. For my car it took over $2,500 for them to repeatedly replace the same sensor (with an incompatible replacement I might add - the part, the box it came in and the website they used to order them literally all had notices that the part is NOT compatible with my vehicle make/model). After months of back and forth and them taking all my time and money they finally gave up and told me to just ignore the engine codes because they cant fix the actual problem which I had already paid them to fix! Weeks with no car and no refunds! My mom took my truck in for a basic safety inspection and they completely sabotaged it. They intentionally screwed up the transmission (actually poured sand & little rocks into the trans fluid hoping they could convince us to pay for a whole new transmission), broke numerous parts of the electrical system and refused to stand by ANY of their work but still charged us almost $1,000 for an oil change, two new belts, and to check the fluids and fuses (more than half of the fuses were blown, wrong amperage, or just plain missing when I got it back with their stamp of approval that everything was clean & working). When confronted about these issues they said I should just ignore the exhaust recirculation problem and constant engine codes on my car and if I want them to work on the truck they broke we have to pay to tow it to their shop and then pay full price for anything they diagnose or repair. This is the sleaziest business I have ever had the misfortune to work with, I wouldnt even trust them to change a tire.

This is the worst Automotive anything I have ever in my life had the misfortune to stumble into and stumble out of lucky to be alive. This place claimed to have repaired my car when to my amazement I checked their handy work to find that they did absolutely none of the agreed work and charged me full price. I had been in here once before and knew that the staff was very rude even mean spirited but tried to over look that and hoped their work was better than their attitude and customer service skills. I would like to sue this company if it is possible and may very well do that. Their negligence and theivery could have caused someone their life and I dont find that one bit humorous though Im sure these pompous people do. Good riddeons Kitsap Tire Center. Better Business Bureau here I come.

Fair beyond words. Took my car in for a front end alignment. A half hour later they said that everything checked out and that I did not need an alignment- NO CHARGE! Where do you find people like that anymore? Had a friend take his RV in. They said that it needed brakes front and back. Ordered the parts. When he took his RV back in they told him that they had made a mistake and it only needed the rear brakes. Only charged him for the rear brakes. Where do you find people like that anymore?

Took my car in for a transmission oil change. When I came to pick it up, I was told that the mechanic had followed the instructions from the manufacturer, but the tranny fluid was still commin out dirty looking and that I should drive it around a week and have the tranny fluid changed again. I was charged about 2/3 what I was expecting but I felt screwed since I was expected to pay full price when I brought it back to have them do what I paid for today! Wont be going back.

This is a well run place with knowledgeable mechanics who wont try to up-sell you on work you dont need. They are friendly and honest. While waiting for my service I heard them tell another customer how to save money on the repair they came in for by avoiding unneeded service. Now I know why this place is so popular.

All the guys here are knowledgeable mechanics. ..years of experience. ..had one small issue when my car was returned. Brought it back and had it fixed in no time. Honstly I dont see any other place in poulsbo being worth a damn except these guys...they have my continued business for sure!!

My little job wasnt much. I had a couple of tires to change out on my garden tractor. Dropped them off, they called about an hour later, and the job was finished. The price they charged was quite reasonable. The staff was very friendly, helpful, and professional. Thank You!

Just moved to the area and was recommended this shop. They replaced a flat tire for parts only and no labor. All the guys there were exceptionally nice. The two other customers in the waiting area were regulars - and I see why.
