My first initial impression of this establishment was that Steve (Manager) seemed very honest and straight forward. I showed up on time for my appointment and was told that it would be about 45-60 mins before my brake inspection would produce results. After waiting about 90mins I was finally given the information I needed to make my decision. I went ahead and preceded with their recommendations to replace my brake pads both front and rear as well as resurface my rotors, all in all with coupons and taxes was to cost me $401 or so. Upon researching the average cost of this procedure it seemed it was a bit on the higher end. Whatever I needed the work and was willing to spend the money to get it done. My problem came when after being there for over 4 hours, my truck still hadnt been finished. This all when the garage was only at about 50% capacity. So to me this would say it wasnt busy at all considering the mechanics had more than enough time to stand around with their hands inthier pockets literally. My 6 year old was along for he ride and of course eventually grew impatient with waiting. I spent time eating lunch, bowling (2)games and playing arcade games and still returned without job completion. To me this is unacceptable, I felt that if perhaps the staff dedicated more time actually working than standing around they might increase their business. Rather take my truck to the dealership and pay $100 more, at least I know Ill have the work done and on time. Plus they offer shuttle service so that I wouldnt have to wait.

Called to get a quote for Tires since the website does not allow you to shop online like all of their competitors. When I called Steve answered the phone, when I asked for a quote I was then hung up on. When I called back and asked for the Manager I was informed that Steve is the Manager, when asked about why he hung up on me, he stated that he didnt hang up on me and then chuckled. When I asked for the Owners name as it is a franchise he then laughed at me again and said that he knows who his owner is and that it is irrelevant and would I like help or not. I WILL NEVER SHOP HERE!

I brought my truck in to get my brakes worked on. The first thing they did was test drive it to identify the problems with the brakes, and in doing so also noticed the my catalytic converter was shot, and that I was overdue for an oil change. They offered to do the work on my brakes, and converter, and throw in the oil change at no cost. I had my truck in 9am and all work was completed around 2pm. Im nowhere near to being mechanically inclined at all, but Im very satisfied with the service and pleased that I didnt have to leave my vehicle overnight.

Absolutely amazing customer service. We bought 4 tires from them for our Subaru last December, the tires were rated at 50k miles and by July this year they were already down under 50% of their tread, we brought this to midass attention and Steven the manager immediately found a way to make things right. Over the years I have probably had 30+ oil changes done at this and one other midas location and if I wasnt already a customer for life this experience has solidified it.

Had a starter replaced, charged me a ridiculous markup for it ($350 vs $150 online) then refused to extend the 12-month warranty even though Ill be deployed for 7 of those. Did not even think about it when I asked, just told me "we dont do that for military..." And they didnt waive the $100 diagnostic fee even though I had the work done there. Just go somewhere else, this place sucks.

Ive been bringing my work truck here for scheduled service for a few years now. The staff is always very friendly and helpful as well as being very professional. Theyve even driven me to a local coffee shop to wait while my truck was being serviced. Keep up the good work, guys. Ill see you when my truck is due again.

I have taken both my vehicles here and I have had great experiences every time. If Ive had any issues with anything theyve done they have quickly corrected it. Adam and Steve have both been honest and outstanding in answering any questions I have had along the way.

I called late Saturday morning to request a specific set of three wiper blades or assemblies and availability by Monday. Manager Shawn did look and find the exact blades and set up my pick-up for Monday, my time. Great work! Bill
