I have lived on Key Peninsula for nearly 15 years. In that time, Ive taken my car in to Absolute three times. The first was to replace a heater core. I researched the cost online before going in for an estimate. Absolute was right on the money. It was a horrific and daunting task. The entire dash, steering wheel and who knows what else had to be removed to make the repair. They did the job in the amount of time they said and although expensive, their price was NOT out of line for the mountain of work needed. The other two experiences were good too. Both of those times, they could have charged me more, but kept the bill amazingly low. Each time, they drove me home and picked me up when the car was finished. Im not sure what the previous reviewers issue was. He/she never articulated it. It makes me wonder. I would recommend Absolute Auto Care. In fact, I have another issue with my car and plan to take it in today. I expect I will pay a fair amount and the work will be to my satisfaction. If you drive by and see a blue Expedition on the hoist, its mine! Im a real person and not someone this shop asked to post this review.

I wanted to comment on the work that Absolute did on our Audi. Its been several months since we took our 1997 A8 into them for a timing belt service. We are very satisfied with the work that they did. They also are a very honest shop. Most auto care places had told us that it was going to require the front end to be dismantled to gain access to the timing belt at a cost of up to $2500 just labor. I had researched this and knew that on the A8s that wasnt necessary, theres enough room to do it with the front end in place. Absolute Auto knew this too and the labor was just $500, and months later weve had no issues with the work they performed. I do recommend.

Last week, I dented my fender on a rockery, and the boulder pulled loose a section of the bumper. I pulled in to Absolute Auto Care and asked if someone could reattach the plastic so it wouldnt flap while I drove. Two men looked at it, and one got under the car and screwed the piece back in place. I was very appreciative of their help since I was an hour and a half from home and didnt want to further damage the car on the drive. They wouldnt accept payment, which was a pleasant surprise. Id definitely recommend Absolute Auto Care.

I lived on Key Peninsula for year,BUT Jim Guinn Absolute Auto Care the owner is so BAD to deal with. I had to file a report with the better business bureau. There is other good shops to go to. I will Never take any cars there. I ran a repair shop for 15 years. Absolute Auto Care is so bad I am taking time to write this. NEVER NEVER take car there. if you all ready did , LOOK AT your paper work.

These guys are awesome all there is to it. Prices are VERY fair, and they will even take 30 minutes to explain what is actually wrong, why it is bad, and a price breakdown BEFORE starting on the work. And with repair thats have multiple fix option (cheaper vs expensive) they have actually recommended the cheaper repair saying the expensive fix would just be overkill. I highly recommend them.

I had my motor replaced here. They were honest with the price and the time it would take. I had my replacement motor sent here and they stored it for the few days before I delivered the car without any problem. They also helped me load the bad motor into my trunk after it was completed. I would recommend them to anybody that needs car repairs.
