If I could give this place negative stars, I would. My dad has been bringing his cars here for awhile so when we had car issues, he suggested we swing by here. Turns out the entire engine needed to be replaced & they gave us a great price on a used motor. So far so good. I asked if they could add in a clutch while they were pulling the motor - do both at the same time. They said yes & charged us $800 more for a new clutch plus $75 to refinish the flywheel. When we asked why we were putting an $800 clutch in with a junkyard motor, I was told that part of the cost was for the warranty - they guarantee their work - & the rest was because I wanted the best parts I could get. When I told them that I didnt want the best I could get but rather just good enough to match the motor (we were only keeping the car another 4 years before planning to replace it), they said that was the cheapest they could find. We found clutches online for $200-$400 dollars. The first time we asked about the price difference, they said those prices didnt cover the cost to warranty the work. If they got those parts & the clutch failed, wed have to pay to pull the motor out again (not sure why the part changes the guarantee on the work if the part comes with its own warranty). The second time we asked the same question about parts we were told that they were trying to run a business here & keep the lights on. (Not sure that a 100-200% mark up on parts is a good response.) And the 3rd time we asked we were told that because Suzuki didnt manufacture cars in America anymore that finding a Suzuki recommended clutch was extremely difficult and all they could find was this $800 one. They then searched again & let us know they found another option for $100 less and theyd go ahead and use that. No mention was made about this being a part that couldnt be warranted or not working for Suzuki or whether a $100 difference would help keep the lights on. When they let us know the car was done & we went into collect it, they let us know the cheaper clutch was actually only $30 less. But that they had gone ahead and changed out the oil filter, the oil and put in new spark plugs. They would have HAD to do that with a new motor - all of that should have been included in the cost of swapping out a motor. All in all, they cost us more than they quoted us. Once I got in my car it was making another weird noise & the clutch had no friction to it at all. Well be taking it back to cash in on their warranty on the clutch being guaranteed but once weve got it finalized, well never go back. They lost their referral customer (my dad) & me because they lied about pricing and were unable to get any of their stories about pricing straight. If they had just let us know that the $800 clutch was required for our car & the reasoning off the bat, we wouldve been fine paying it. It was the changing stories, the defensiveness when we asked a question and the overall crappy service that really upset us. We still dont truly understand why our 8 year old Suzuki with a junk yard motor requires a $760 clutch.

Like the guy above if I could give negative stars I would. Took my buddys car here and not only were they insulting us but they were being beyond unrealistic on prices. We told them we wanted a diagnostic and nothing further before a phone call. We were called and told we needed a new ignition switch. The part is 50 dollars. Labor is 97 an hour. We were quoted at $900 to fix and get it back. This is over 8 hours to replace the switch. Not only did I do it at home in an hour with basic tools and half knowledgeable mechanic shouldnt take more than 3 this price did not include a warranty on the work. Then they tried to sell us a battery at over charged when we didnt need one. Like I explained the battery is dead because they used a jump box on a car that wouldnt start if the alternator cant come on the battery cant charge and will continue to die, which is why now that the car is running the battery is fine. Then when we said I would fix it they made insulting remarks to the fact that because I looked like I learned mechanics on a farm I was not capable of fixing a newer car. Not only did they try to explain to me why I couldnt but also how the ignition switch was different than normal. Along with this they ordered parts before we told them to then got mad at us for the fact that they had to return the parts. When pushing the car onto the trailer an employee got aggressive and said we had 3 minutes to move our car and no more. Never have I been blatantly insulted before by an employee as my life. His exact quote was "I guarantee you dont know how to fix it. I guarantee you dont know whats going on in there" I have been fixing and building cars for 6 years in professional shops and on a farm. I fixed in 1 hour what this shop assumed I couldnt do at all and it would have taken them over 8 hours according to the price we were given. Never Wil I recommend such an in professional place to anyone.

Ive been here a few times for different services from fluid changes to a starter being replaced, cooling issue and an AWD seal needing replaced. I have always had great fast service and never had any issues arise from the work they completed.
