The first time I took my vehicle in, I received great service. So I was very surprised from my last experience being completely horrible. My oil was overfilled on an oil change and it was running horribly. We didnt think of the idea of it being oil on the spark plugs until the tow truck was already to my house so I decided to take it in any ways. I asked Chucks to check the spark plugs and went to work. They called back saying it was the spark plugs covered in oil and that it would cost $280 to fix. I thought that was a ridiculous price since it was such an easy fix, so I decided to take it home and do it myself. When I arrived to pick up my car, which I was told was ready to go over the phone, the guy had me pay for "diagnosis" and told me I couldnt take my car because the engine cover, spark plugs and engine coil were out and he couldnt put it back together. I went back the next day and my car was completely dead (dont know how they drained my battery) so I had to have them jump it. Took it home to fix it which took me a total of 15 min. cleaning off the spark plugs and draining the excess oil. As we were changing the spark plugs we found tons of debris, including yellow pieces of shredded paper down in the engine where the spark plugs go. It must have gotten in their while they left everything off and open the previous day and over night. Needless to say, I am very surprised I received such horrible service when I have heard so many great reviews. But I will be looking elsewhere for a mechanic.

these people Do Not stand behind their work. you get a different story from everyone you talk with there. been to the auto repair/tire store 3 times and had 3 bad experiences. very evasive about what they can do and how much it will cost. the service manager you meet when you walk through the front door is there to sell $100 diagnostics. my new mechanic tells me the napa parts they use are sub-standard at best.

My boss axel broke and we found this shop. They did a great job replacing the part. I greatly appreciate the respect they showed to us even though we were in tie dye hippy . it was a little more expensive then the last time we had this done from a different shop. But the service and friendliness of everyone was greatly appreciated. Total recommend you to others

Ive gotten tires, oil changes, alignments, and replaced a radiator here and felt confident with the work that has been done each time. Prices are reasonable and the mechanics are very knowledgeable.
