I had just bought a used car and I called up this place off the internet to ask about my water pump. Rick, told me to come see him to have him check it. Without hesitation. Rick new right off the bat and gave a great estimate. The next day I was frazzled and worried when my clutch went out and as I frantically asked mechanics from around my area, I got several different opinions and poor customer service, not to mention a huge price gap. I called Rick and he said to bring it by to look at it. I did and within minutes he knew what it was. Rick answered many of my questions and explained how my clutch worked. I gave it to him and he lent me a borrowed car to come back home with FREE OF CHARGE. Ricks bedside manner along with his entire staff was above helpful and kind. I trusted him right off the bat. Rick called two days later and replaced a hose with a small leak for free (that was the water pump issue). He said it was as good as new, and I would AGREE. No extra charges or surprises and his motto is, "if it is not broke do not fix it". I have been to several mechanics on the phone and in person and I would never go to any one else. To me finding a mechanic you trust is like finding a good doctor and I definitely have found one. Their labor is just a little more, but well work the fantastic work, guaranteed warranties, beautiful shop, a piece of mind and more importantly FANTASTIC customer service. I recommend everyone to go see Rick!!!!

Took my father for a ride! Had to have all work redone at competitors shop! They cant even do an alignment right! We handed them over $4,000 got the vehicle back with bolts missing. I posted photos on Facebook! Vehicle broke down after they supposedly repaired it... Roland refused to come and tow us... Left my family and I along with our 2 dogs sitting on the side of the free way! Thank God My wife had AAA! (Thank You AAA!) Got to the shop and they finally admitted it was their workmanship that failed. After promising my dad they would only use certified mechanics on all repairs they said well we had a shop boy put the bolts on and supposed ase certified guy okayed the job with out looking closely at the workmanship. IF YOU GO HERE YOUR A FOOL!

I had a Ranger motor that was tore down right after getting a rebuild done on it. For the life of me I couldnt figure out how the heck to put Humpty Dumpty back together again. So I gave Autoworks a shot. Ron gave me an honest no BS answer for the estimate and said it would take a few days. He sure came through for me. He was very nice and very helpful with my dilemma. What impressed me the most was that he actually gave me updates on the progress of my motor. Most other shops usually dont do that. Id definitely do business with them again in the future.

I brought my f150 there on Saturday night thinking i had a nightmare of a truck on my hands. I got a call from Ron on monday saying it wasnt near as bad as i thought. Chris the mechanic and Ron are top notch guys! I would highly recommend this shop. Very reasonably priced and overall great folks! Save your time and money with other shops and go to auto works!! Really fast service, and great pricing! Gave a quote to fix a part for a VW GTI that was half the price that another mechanic had quoted. Was amazed by the customer service and will definitely return for future car issues. Recommend to anyone in need of car help!
