I have taken my car other places that will blame you when their work sucks - have left other car places with more problems than I started with only to have them blame it on me. Hosely is by far the best place that I have ever been. They have given me free labor for a problem that they missed initially. They said that they should have spotted it and offered free labor in return. They are eco conscious. They should not be expected to meet competitor pricing - they are WAY better than their competitors and they stand behind their work. Competitors will mess things up and cost you more in the long run. Hosely is always willing to work on your car again if you are unsatisfied. I have seen sales at other places but I will never risk going somewhere else again. I have had places not replace the bolt properly when they changed the oil - I even had one place not replace a motor mount bolt when they replaced my engine. It is just not worth it to go to another place that will dodge you when something goes wrong with their work. Hosely will even call you to make sure you are satisfied.

Weve been customers of Hoesly Eco Auto for over ten years. Our family of vehicles has included compact cars, a minivan, and heavy duty diesel trucks. Their service always includes a rundown of everything going on with the vehicle, not just what we bring it in for. Theyve handled about every single kind of service and repair imaginable from the typical oil changes and brakes to replacing an engine, tires, and pre-purchase inspection. Weve been particularly impressed with how they persevere to track down a problem and stand behind their warranty. When we had a part give out before it should have, Hoesly made it right. They explain the problems and give us options. We really appreciate that they prioritize repairs and are sensitive to our situation when we have limited resources. Though we seldom have to use it, their loaner car perk has really helped smooth out transportation needs on our home front. Not only are they friendly (especially Don and Bill), but their honesty and integrity are above question. We feel like were part of the family at Hoesly Eco Auto.

I went in for a basic oil change as it had been a very long time since I had it changed and they not only changed my oil, but fixed my headlight (had not worked in months for unknown reasons), filled my fluids and didnt try to upsell me on anything. My car is an old 92 Nissan Sentra and needs a ton of work, but they knew it was a "drive it till it dies" type of a car so it would be a waste to fix all the minor things that were wrong with it. They did however put together a two page list of everything that I could fix if I wanted to (which I could buy a new car for the same price). All in all I was very pleased and am happy to bring my car back to them even if its only for an oil change.

I cant say enough good things about the team at Hoesly ECO Automotive. We have been taking our cars there for years, and now that we live a couple hours away... we STILL take our cars there. They are professional, caring, helpful and always work to exceed our expectations. No one loves parting with money when it comes to car repair, but, I can honestly say that I am grateful to them every time I pay my bill. Recently during some cold and icy weather they went above and beyond to get me back on the road safely and in a timely matter. The bottom line? We trust them completely and love working with them.

Hoesly Eco Automotive has been my mechanic for more than 15 years. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable. They help me plan the timing of when various services should happen and dont push me to immediately have extra services done. They are transparent about costs, and there are no surprises when I pay my bill. As an independent small business, they have the ability to be flexible with their customers. More than once, they went the extra mile when I couldnt get over to the shop by closing time or needed my car back before the weekend started. I highly recommend them.

My 11 Nissan Leaf just died one day, the dealership said it was the computer and it might cost several grand to fix. Hoeslys said that could do it for probably a grand and have it done by friday. About 3 weeks later my car was done and just under the grand mark. So while it took a little longer than expected, it turned out to be Nissans fault and the guy at the shop (Bill) was super friendly and helped me along every step of the way. Will definitely work exclusively with this shop in the future!

I just took my car to Hoesly for the first time, on the recommendation of family. This is the first time that a repair facility actually texted me a complete report on my car, before doing any work. They explained the what needed to be done before any work started, and did not push anything that was not necessary. The staff at Hoesly is so friendly, yet extremely professional. I took my (new to me) car to Hoeslys for a complete inspection, I expected that they would have a list of repairs that I would need to have done right away. Instead, I left there with only an oil change and a small list of minor repairs that will need to be done eventually but nothing pressing. I appreciated their honesty and kindness, everyone there was great. I will defiantly be going to them for all of my future auto repair needs, and would recommend others to do the same.

I take my Civic to get most of the maintenance done at Hoesly because they provide fair prices and good service. They dont push services on people like most auto shops that try to trick inexperienced car folks. The shop also provides loaner cars when they are available but need to call in advance to make sure. Not many shops offer that. Highly recommend

Hoesly stands up to its name! It HOSES its customers! I was given a report that I had blown a head-gasket and needed a new catalytic converter... took it for a second opinion... i only needed a new fuse for my fan... $2 vs $2000!!!!! Find a difference place, they dont do proper diagnostics and are looking for top dollar for minimal service!!
