Ive been using 15th street as my local shop for a while now, mostly for routine oil changes and what not. Carrie is absolutely wonderful. I look forward to chatting with her while Im waiting, and also being along a book in case shes busy. And even if she is too busy to chit-chat, I still get a warm welcome and smile, and enough time at the end to discuss my vehicle. Carrie is also extremely patient with my descision making process- Ive said no, I cant afford that- then called back 15 minutes later and said yes do it- and whatever I decided she was happy to accommodate. A few times, I have called other shops for prices, (not all, just a few) and found that 15th Street tends to be $10-$15 more than the competition. But I still went with them in the end, because to me- great customer service and knowing my vehicle was going to be taken care of was well worth it. I have and will continue to recommend 15th Street Automotive to family and friends.

When our SUV failed emissions, we were given a list of places to take it in for inspection and repair. After looking online and reading reviews for what felt like hundreds of places we searched for 15th St Automotive. The reviews were great and it was close to home. I made the call and spoke with Carrie who is AWESOME! She explained the process and how it worked. We had our car fixed and it was not cheap but it did pass emissions and has been running better than it has in a long time. Our heater went out in our 2 vehicle and we took it in. I dont feel like I was scammed. I feel comfortable that I have actually found a honest auto repair shop that I can trust. I like that. I dont want to have to fix my cars again but if anything did happen my family and everybody I tell will be going to 15th St Automotive.

Excellent experience! I took a truck for a buyers inspection today and they immediately found a serious problem with the transfer box. They told me the problem was bad and to stay away from that truck. They didnt even charge me for the service as they said it only took them 5 mind to figure it out. Very honest and competent. Thanks 15th Street Automotive! We will come back!

Great service. Super friendly. Oil change comes with vehicle report card" and goes over 30 different items. Nothing put down for repairs that isnt actually needed like most places do. No high pressure. Totally enjoy going there.

Have taken both of my cars here and have received quick and fair estimates. Both times they did exactly what I wanted and have not had any issues with the repairs. Also, the lady working the desk is incredibly friendly.

Love the service and the new location is even more convenient. Ive always felt like I was treated respectfully and dealt with more than fairly. My only complaint would be the lack of Saturday hours.
