OK I switched my car ins last year from another company to AAA. Sales guy acted like "best friend".....I even switched my homeowners insurance to AAA for addyl discount. Just got the renewal for car insurance and it was $378 MORE than last year ????!!!!! Say what???!!! Been waiting 4 days for sales guy to return my call, which he said hed do 4 days ago after "looking into it...." he said his billing dept "failed to give me the homeowners discount for multiple policies". OK, I called the main number listed for Florin Rd AAA and A UTAH AAA ANSWERED!!! She couldnt answer my question about why it went up $375 so she transferred me to their insurance department IN NEW JERSEY!! When the guy answered and I couldnt understand him, I asked if he was in the United States or India....and he said NEW JERSEY! Wait, it gets worse. Then when I was trying to give him the policy number and ask a couple questions the static was so bad I couldnt even hear him and he apologized and said "theyve been having issues with their phones with bad states and he was sorry". I hung up. What the hell???!!! Unbelievable.

Triple AAA has been passed down through out our Family for over 50 years. Membership pays for its self. They accommodate you over and above their Own guidelines when needed, difficult situations made Simple. They eliminate the DMV for me, that alone is worth any amount of $$$. Thank you AAA!
