Less than a year ago we took our car to this place, they took more than a week to get back to us and let us know what was going on. We end up paying a lot of money and got our car back with a 24 month warranty. A week ago our car broke again, same problem. We took it with Doug on Thursday, on Friday since nobody called us we called to ask what was going on with our car. Doug said they were checking on it and he will let us know, he never called back. Tuesday my husband went to the shop just to find out our car was already "fixed" and that they called us...many times and left messages(they never did). We got our car and broke again the next day when I went shopping with my children. Ended up they just put a "sealer" in a broken steering wheel pump. This people is not organized, dishonest, liars, irresponsibles and expensive. They never get back to you. I will never ever recommend this place to anyone, now we have to spend more money to tow our car again and take it to another shop. We DO NOT trust this people even though we had a "warranty" we prefer to pay somewhere else where they can do their job properly. Please do not take your car to this place!!

***REAL REVIEW*** THIS IS THE WORST AUTO SHOP IVE BEEN TOO...VERY UNORGANIZED...VERY VERY MONEY HUNGRY! (Im not the type to knock somebody for wanting to get paid but do the job right at least)...WENT IN FOR ONE PROBLEM END ENDED UP WITH 3 ADDITIONAL PROBLEMS (WOULDNT DOUBT ONE BIT THEY SET THAT UP FOR ME TO COME BACK IN)...WHEN YOU SCHEDULE AN APPT THEY NEVER SOLEY WORK ON YOUR CAR THEY GO BACK AND FOURTH BETWEEN OTHERS GIVE YOU AN ESTIMATED TIME WHEN YOUR CAR WILL BE READY AND NEVER EVER ON TIME THE POINT OF SCHEDULING AN APPOINTMENT IS TO HAVE YOUR CAR WORKED ON SO YOU CAN GET THE SOLUTION HANDLED...I DEFINATELY WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS AUTO SHOP TO ANYONE IF YOU READ THIS REVIEW BEFORE INQUIRING SIMPLY AUTO REPAIR I ENCOURAGE YOU TO KEEP SEARCHING THIS IS NOT A GOOD PLACE TO GET YOUR REPAIRS DONE AT ALL!

I found Simply Auto Repair after getting a really big estimate for repairs on my work van. Doug explained what needed to be done a lot better and even told me my brakes could wait a while to be changed because they still had a decent amount of life in them. Not to mention his estimate was over $300 less and more than that Doug is a master certified ASE technician which you usually only find at dealerships and pay twice as much for. These guys are honest, reasonable prices and I love using other small businesses. Highly recommend these guys

Being a female I have trouble trusting auto shops. I usually feel they are just trying to get as much money out of me as possible, NOT HERE! Tony was patient in explaining what I needed and why. He even took the time to show me the broken parts and discolored fluids. Then when I called around to price check other shops, they were lower priced than all I called! Their technicians are all certified and they offer a 2 year warranty! I will only be using this shop from now on!
