DO NOT TRUST THEM WITH YOUR CAR! If you value your car you wont bring it here. My son brought his car in for an estimate. They treated him badly from the start. One of the "mechanics" took the car for a test drive and returned driving too fast hitting the curb & bottom of the car. The head mechanic said to my son "Sorry, I tell my guys to drive them like theyre stolen." Then while my son was in the office, the girl in there said to him "Really? Youre going to waste our time for a free estimate?" She was on the phone talking to someone saying he wasnt a real customer because he wasnt paying for anything. ARE YOU KIDDING ME?! Ive always gone to Meineke and have NEVER been treated like this. Ill never go to them in Puyallyup ever again. Im going to complain to Corporate.

Worst place in the United States to get service work done! Poor documentation on invoices and refuses to repair warranty work all because I was a employee in the past! Doesnt matter sir I paid for services from that location! You dont own that store! Please take your car anywhere but here!! I am now dealing with Corp to get a refund so I can pay someone else to repair what these guys repaired less than a yr ago! Who cant get brakes right!!??? Doesnt surprise me though, the stores in WA have changed ownership 4 times in 6 yrs with over 5 stores closing!! Warranty isnt any good if you cant get the service done when it breaks!!

I called and got their call center. I scheduled an appointment. When I showed up, they had none of my information. They charged me triple what I was quoted and charged me for synthetic oil when my car takes regular. Nobody called to say it was done. And then made a joke about how long it took me to come get my vehicle. I even called to see if it was done and nobody answered. Got their call center again and they didnt know. They were extremely unprofessional. I wont be going back. They didnt even tell me about what their packages include or give me "reward points".

This location has changed management three times that Ive noticed in the last year and a half. Three current staff needs to go. The last three times ive called to get an oil change ive been told to come on down. Mind you I live literally four minutes away. By the time I get there Im told the same excuse "three cars just came before you" with no one in the lobby waiting and a parking lot packed so much people are parking on the street. I understand a wait. But to be lied to about wait times on the phone just to get to show up is outrageous.

$1000 ESTIMATE FOR PARTS NOT NEEDED; LIED TO. Took newly purchased van in for "knocking" in front wheel, passenger side. My young family was given an estimate of $1000 for struts replacement (parts and repair). Family and friends advised it was too much. The first other local mechanic we took it to gave estimate over the phone 40 % cheaper and later said the struts were brand new and did not need to be replaced! Issue of "knocking" was assessed with final fee of $300.

Very knowledgeable and nice staff. I called this location and they told me to come down so they could look at my brakes. They got my car right in when I arrived. My car needed more work than I thought it did and the guy at the front desk was very helpful. He seemed to care more about the fact that my car wasnt safe to drive the way it was than making a ton of profit. I will definitely be using this location for future services and car needs.

A for AWESOME! New management, John, is much better and makes you feel like he CARES (unusual for companies now) about your car and your time... Diagnostic and repairs are done quickly and accurately with no BS... They all explain the technical in a non-technical way that can be understood.. Highly recommend!

Greatest guy Ive ever had to talk too about my truck was the manager Vern! Willing to help you in every single way and extremely great guy! They are replacing injectors on my truck and servicing transmission. Definitely would recommend for anyone and definitely bringing my truck there for further services!
