Horrible car shop, went here to get car checked and get a quote, they said they wouldnt charge me unless they did an allignment, I came back an hour later and got a bill for $70 only to tell me both of my lower control arms are bent and my tires are bald, when they said they wouldnt charge me, then gave me a quote of $1200 to fix the car up. I decided to fix the car myself, replaced only one of the control arms as I saw the other one wasnt bent, and got an allignment at Sears for $90 and saved $1000 from these scammers. Highly recommend you avoid these gucys as they try telling you that your parts are damage when theyre not, then try convince you to pay for really overpriced parts and high Service fees. There are car shops in auburn and along pac highway that would charge twice as less then these people.

Friendly receptionists who offered free WiFi and coffee but the shop was either incompetent or dishonest. My Toyota steering wheel was off to the right by about (+7°) (but still drove straight) before doing a wheel alignment at Sparks. After the wheel alignment, it was off to the left by (-5°). Sparks wanted an additional $300 to center the steering wheel 0°. Based on the before and after alignment readouts, it would be senseless not being able to set 0° some where between (+7°) to (-5°) especially the car has never been in an accident. After consulted other shops and friends with expertise in wheel alignments and they advised not to use this shop again. Beware of bait and switch games. They lure you in with low prices and then overcharges you with additional services.

I had my car towed into Sparks in January my CV Axle needed to be repaired. They told me they will call me in the afternoon when they have a chance to look at my car. First call they told me that my CV Axle was out. I gave them the green light to fix it (they quoted me 500 dollars). They called me a couple of hours later and told me my transmission is out!! I got a Toyota with less than 90K miles I called AAA and got it out of there. I took it my place. It was the CV Axle cost 200 for parts. I paid 300 dollar for labor for someone to fix it. I have been driving the car for 3 months without a problem!!! Stay the hell away from this place!!

We were won over by Sparks, heres our experience: We recently purchased a used Lincoln to replace my wifes old vehicle, but the driver side handle was broke leading to some interesting attempts to get out of the car... Took the car over to Sparks right before we left on vacation, thankfully they were able to work around our schedule and when we returned home found they also checked out our car and let us know we made a good investment. The price I paid was right at the price point I was quoted before I left on vacation so I was able to make sure I budgeted aside for it. Big thanks to Ken and the rest of the Sparks Car Care team!

Service was excellent. The receptionist was very polite and accommodating the staff all very professional and caring. They were able to fit me in same day and get me into a rental in case parts were not readily available, still managed to resolve the issues with my vehicle that day and get me back in my Nissan before the weekend. More than impressed with their level of quality and customer care, would highly recommend!

If I could give zero stars I would. My wifes headlights went out in her 2006 Nissan Maxima. They quoted her $500 to get her headlights fixed. $200 for the headlights and another $300 in labor! We bought the bulbs at oriellys auto for $50 for both and it took me 30 mins to remove the bumber (required for her car) and replace the bulbs. This place is an absolute ripoff.

Very surprised to see negative reviews since Ive had them service my car 4 times over the past 2-3 years and I found Sparks to be honest, efficient and accommodating. They even drove me to/from twice when I could not wait for the repairs. Never had a problem with their workmanship.

They had hand lotion in the washroom enough said. Any place that takes time to put hand lotion in the washroom is definitely meticulous and I know that this sort of meticulous service will show in how they treat the cars that are brought in.
