After being overcharged and receiving less than acceptable service (twice) from the mechanic we have used for years we needed to make a change. A client of mine had highly recommend Kosrow Automotive so we decided to give them a try. Kris and Randy were great. We were fairly certain as to the problem- something my husband could have taken on but decided he did not want to given the time it would take. They had the part ordered and on its way and I had my car back quickly. We were thrilled to find that their parts and labor was not much more than we would have paid for the parts alone. Highly recommended. It was nice to feel like I was not being given/sold anything other than a repaired car and good, friendly service with no ulterior motive.

Randy has done a lot of work for us on a lot of different vehicles. Hes done a little of everything for me. From repairing the head gasket on my Subaru, fixing a bearing in the rear axle of our F350 work truck, a major fuel line conversion from gas to diesel, electrical issues in multiple cars, clearing up carburetor issues on our old Jeeps, Chevys, and Dodges. Randy is the perfect auto repair guy and his wife, Chris, is super awesome to deal with and somehow manages to juggle a very busy shop! Its no wonder he is so busy. I wont take my vehicles anywhere else. Ive tried other shops and have regretted it.

Need your vehicle repaired? Look no further. Took my 99 jeep in last week because of steering issues. Randy took the time to drive it and look under it for obvious problems. Found none. Instead of suggesting we try this or that, as some other shops might have done, he just suggested I might try new tires as these were warn down. Did not charge me a dime! If you want an honest, straight up answer Randy is your guy...........

Best auto repair shop Ive ever been too. Incredible people here, honest, communicative, and fair. I have always felt respected here, whether Ive brought in our old beater, or our newer car, these guys have always given my family great service. Plus, theyre always full of customers and busy. That oughta tell ya who the best mechanic is in Portland metro.

Terrible place to have your car repaired. I asked them to replace a timing belt pre paid $600 for that job they replaced a starter and did some wiring and kept $300. Nothing was authorized except the time about. Claim to be Christian god-loving people but steal money from poor people like me

Have been going to local dealer on our Honda for years... until recently they tried to charge us upwards of $600 for a mistake they made. Kosrow made it right for half of that, and if we would have went to them first, it likely would have only been $100. Theyve earned our business!!!

This is without a doubt the best auto repair shop I have ever been to. The technician that worked on my 2012 Honda was knowledgeable and professional. My care actually runs better than it did when it was new. Great to find an honest mechanic! I will be back.

Love Randy and Kris. Both super knowledgeable and honest. I bring company vehicles here and they always have a bucket of candy which I raid religiously. If I ever have to take my car anywhere Id bring it to them. Be aware they can be VERY busy at times.

Love these guys. So helpful when needed, not over priced and guaranteed repairs. Only problem is sometimes takes 2 or 3 weeks to get any serious repairs done. Randy is that good and always has a pretty full calendar of appointment scheduled.

The way Kosrow manages repairs seems affordable and honest. It is a nice family business that services a lot of local companies vehicles. They actually told me I didnt need any repairs to me car after a check-up there , which is so rare.

This shop is old school customer service. I felt i should have been charged for diagnostic time that was spent on my truck. Loose wire was found and they sent me on my way with no bill. They have earned my future business.
