If I could give 0 * I would. I came in to make an appointment to get 4 new tires put on my Ram 2500 they didnt have the tires in store and needed a couple of days to get them. They gave me an appointment for a week later. When I showed up for my appointment I was told that they didnt have my tires no apology they said well call you when we get them in. 2 weeks later I was in the neighborhood so I stopped in to check to see if the tires were in yet the idiot behind the counter said yes they have been there for a week. Already frustrated at this point. I made another appointment for the next weekend 8:00 am I showed 15 minutes early. I asked how long would it take to put the tires on I was told about an hour so I decided to wait there. 1.5 hours later I asked how much longer the guy behind the counter went to find out for me when he came back he told me that they just finished with the second tire. I then went outside to get a better look at what was going on the place was not busy by any means [not like Les Schab] there were 5 employees there and only 1 working on my truck . I noticed that the hood was open so I asked them why is the hood up the Manager told me that they always do a courtesy check. I told him that was not acceptable and to get them out of my engine compartment a d get my tires done. Now 2 hours and 55 minutes later they told me that my truck was finished and I could pay and be on my way. Then he tried to add $300.00 to the price. I told him that was not the quote amount, now I had to argue about the amount. I just wanted to get out of there so I agreed to split the difference. Again I was never given an apology for having taken so long. Later a friend of mine pointed out the extreme amount of balancing weights used on one of my wheels [over 20 oz.] My friend said they should have rotated the wheel and tire. Now I have to go back and see what their going to do about this. Im going to find a different store. I will never go back there.

This place is by far the worst place ive even been... so first they charged me $100 just to diagnose my truck then they charged me $60 for a pcv valve that only costs $2.00 at autozone and can literary be replaced by simply snaping it in.... charged me $100 for a new fuel filter wich is only $9.00 at autozone and takes a little bit of work to swap out but when your a real person like me who has other big bills to pay its like bending over and getting butt f#$@#$$.. so I take it home and now it leaks unreal amount of radiator fuild and I swear to god nothing leaked untill that day when they tinkered with it now I have a massive puddle of fuild all over my garage floor and they want me to pay extra to figure out whats wrong with that!!! Jay (Manager) if your reading this know Ill be waiting in hell for you.. I would actually move a mountain just to watch you suffer for a spit second I ADVISE ALL TO SAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE .. way to stick it to the little guy

I do all my business (tires and engine/diagnostic issues) with this Firestone. I have been a customer at this store for many years. I can only tell you that they wont BS you into something you dont need. They will tell you what they have found to be wrong, and give you the option to fix it that day, come back, and/or they will print off the list so you can price shop or DIY. I have taken advantage of all levels of service and in some cases bought my own air filters, and changed my own license plate lights, or wiper blades. The upside, is in all cases, I am not aware as I am a turn the key and drive owner. I trust these guys with all my vehicles and have priced shopped.....but keep coming back as I dont have the same problems reappear once it is fixed...the right way! You pay for knowledge and experience.....

Do not go to this place unless you want to get ripped off. I went here because my check engine light was on and there was a loud hum coming from my car. The employee at firestone said I needed $2,000 of work done on my car. At minimum $1,200 to have the problem causing the check engine light fixed. I told them I am literally broke, I just got out of college and still looking for work, and that I am pretty much homeless. The little money I have is all I have to live off of. He told me to use public transportation. It turns out after asking around.... I got the entire problem fixed for $300 at a muffler shop. I have been driving my car for a year now without any problems. The people at Fire Stone are CROOKS, HEARTLESS, THOUGHTLESS, INCOMPETENT, AND HAVE ZERO INTEREST IN COMMUNITY SERVICE.

I went in for a simple oil change on my new car that I had just bought. Everything was there before I went in . The oil change was done and they are letting me know what I should take of; which is fine, Then they let me know that my left front wheel-(drivers side that I look at every time I get into my car)is missing the center cap and wheel spacer. I was checking my car out before I went there and it was NOT missing. the guy who took my keys inspected it and didnt make any such note of that before I dropped off my car. Needless to say this is going to cost me more than the oil change! I wont be going back there and I do NOT recommend this place to have any work done on any car! I believe they either broke it or stole it!

Did some research online prior to going in. Firestone themselves stated that they honor all competitor coupons for identical service. I had a competitor coupon for a basic 4 wheel alignment, and when I went in the joker behind the counter named Jack looked at me as if I was crazy for asking and in a disrespectful tone stated that they dont do that. So I went down to Goodyear who didnt hesitate to honor it. Firestone, instead of earning a customer today, you did a great job at ensuring that I will never consider you again. Congrats. To the general public: Shop around. You can get equal service at other reputable shops for less money and who will treat you with more respect.

This place has horrible service. Not only that, went in to get a new tstat installed, i was told all my hoses were bad and needer replacing which would be over 600 bucks. Well i had litteraly replaced my intake hose, top and bottom rad hoses, bypass hoses etc s day before so i knew something was wrong. When i called them out on it i was told "maybe someone had made a mistake." not only did they flat out lie and try to charge me for work not needed they didnt even pull my tstat. My truck sat there for a whole day before i was even called about it. Do not go to the gresham store unless you want to buy parts you dont need.
