Repair Revolution is thus far my best auto service and repair experience. The work they did was completed in a reasonable amount of time, and the quality was great. I especially appreciated how they held to the appointment time we had made and provided an unusually relaxing and enjoyable waiting room with some snacks, beverages, and very, very clean and cute decor. What impresses me most with this shop is the lengths they will go to when informing customers, whether thats in explicitly showing the customer how to do the repair or just telling the customer about their car. For the first time, I left a shop feeling like I better understood my rights as a customer in auto shops, not to mention exactly what was going on with my car and what expenses I could expect over the next year. I was given several options for how I could plan for upcoming maintenance. I feel like I know my car better than I did before, and especially how to best plan for its expenses. Thanks, RR! :)

Ever since I started driving Ive always worked on my own cars and motorcycles, so I consider myself a pretty good mechanic. This came about because everytime I took a car to the shop it didnt go well. Ive had mechanics claim to do work they never did, try to upsell me on things I didnt need, and others who seemed to hate their job and treated their customers like a big bother. Now my life is busier, and I complained about not having enough time to work on my cars anymore. Someone told me about Eli at RR, and its been great! All the folks there explain exactly what you need and are HONEST about it! The charge a fair price, and surprise, surprise... actually admit if theyre not sure whats going on, but do the necessary research to figure it out. This is the best experience Ive had with a mechanic. Ever. Ive taken two cars there so far. Theyre talented mechanics, and treat everyone like an old friend.

I took my car to Repair Revolution to have all the fluids flushed and basically, just given the once over to make sure my car that there are no hidden breakdowns waiting to happen. When my car was done, Eli called and told me my car was ready and gave me the quick run down of everything they did and a few things they noticed. I picked up my car and Eli went through everything with me making sure I understood everything. There were some recommendations of things to do, but Eli made it clear that the car was running great and that these recommendations are things that can definitely be done down the road. I will be taking my car to Eli and crew from now on. I felt cared for, respected and treated like a person - Not just another car. Not to mention, I now have a mechanic I can trust! Thanks Repair Revolution!

My 97 Ranger was in need for a timing belt replacement at the recommended 100k miles. I selected Repair Revolution based on their spotless reviews. I am satisfied with the service I received and I would recommend them to anyone looking for a mechanic in the area. My experience is detailed below. I called to get an estimate, which was quite reasonable for the work that needed to be performed. I decided to make an appointment and they were able to schedule mine within a couple of weeks. I dropped my truck off in the morning the day of the appointment, and it was ready the next day well before end of business. The invoice was for the same amount as the quote. The shop invoice also pointed out other issues that would need to be addressed in the future. I felt confident that the work was performed thoroughly.

As a woman I am always leery of male mechanics assuming I know nothing about cars and their maintenance. Repair Revolution takes care of that by being a woman-owned and operated shop. They use the latest technology to stay in touch with you about what your car needs and where it is in the process. No sketchy mechanics. No high dealer repair prices. Their location in SODO makes it easy to walk a few blocks and hop a bus or train anywhere I need transit to take me. Great communication. Competitive pricing for required maintenance. No hassle or harassment. Plus, they offer training workshops on Saturdays to help people learn how to do their own basic maintenance. An honest mechanic who teaches you how to take care of your car on your own. That is a great thing.

I cannot say enough good things about this shop, and about the owner Eli specifically. Eli is extremely smart, trustworthy, and thorough. They went above and beyond my needs in doing extra research and helping me as much as possible. This shop understands where the customers are coming from and how confusing it can be when something goes wrong with your car. Eli has walked me through everything step by step with patience. Not only that, I found out that the shop offers workshops from basic car maintenance to advance projects. I also plan on using their DIY services where you can come in and rent space, use equipment and get advice from the technicians. I LOVE Repair Revolution and will only be taking my car here from now on!

Finally I found a trustworthy mechanic. I bought a lemon that needed major repair and I worked close to RR and decided to take it in. They gave me the breakdown on what was needed to get it up and running again. I wanted a second opinion so I took it to a different shop that I previously had good service with. They recommended a whole new engine and 5k more in expenses. I decided to have RR repair the vehicle and its been running great since! They did the recommended repair for alot cheaper. I like the folks so much that I decided to take my other vehicles here and each time left feeling confident the work was done correctly. Thanks Eli and team! I finally found my go to mechanic.

I asked Eli to come take a look at my converted school bus when it wouldnt start - Eli explained each diagnostic process as I watched. Its an old bus with lots of weird wiring and stuff that previous owners have done, and Eli managed to figure out the probable issues - and when it seemed like it might require additional specialty work, Eli promptly referred me elsewhere and offered to reimburse me part of the diagnostic fee. I have some experience with cars, but not that much - and Eli made me feel respected and listened to instead of ignorant like other mechanics Ive worked with. Thumbs way way up - Ill be bringing all of my vehicles to this shop from now on.

Had such a great experience with Repair Revolution. They were quick and did a great job of explaining what needed to be done with our car, and even gave us a detailed print out of all the recommended work, broken down into why it would help and how much each element of the work would cost, it was super helpful. As a woman I have had some very negative past experiences with car mechanics, where I felt like I was talked down to, or in one very unfortunate case, the mechanic would only address my male partner, even though it was MY car he was working on. None of that bullshit here. It felt like a very safe and respectful space for all folks.
