Its a storage facility, not much to be said, except it seems to be well run and for a climate controlled storage unit I pay a fair price (discount for paying a year in advance). The office staff has always been helpful every time Ive needed their assistance. I once locked my phone and wallet in my unit so I had no code to access the building nor any ID to prove to the staff I was as a tenant. I thought it was going to be a big ordeal to get back in to get my things, but the guy at the desk took it in stride because as a matter of course they had photocopied my drivers license when I rented the unit. He just looked me up and gave me the access code. 01/15/2017- I just decided to add another star to this rating because the staff here is truly exceptional in my opinion. I showed up to leave a few things off at my storage space and it was a little busy. I was able to snag the last loading spot in the 3rd floor loading bay but both places on the first floor were being used. When I went in, there were no carts by the door so I started looking around to see if there was one that had just not been put back after it had been used. I took the elevator down to the main floor in my search and ran into the guy who runs the desk as I wandered. He could tell what I was looking for and told me to follow him and hed see what he could find. He unlocked a mechanical room, that they use for their own purposes and grabbed an old hand truck, with a cracked wheel, they had stored there. I was happy to use it but he insisted on finding something better, which he did. He allowed me to Use a fairly new hand truck he found in another hidden closet for my haul, and saved me so knows how much time as a result. I didnt have to wait for a cart to be found or become available, and I didnt have to make the multiple trips it wouldve taken me had I done it by hand. Its so great when people offer their assistance even without being asked. That is what customer service is.

Mike and the staff here give personalized care if you insist on the attention. I have not seen any rudeness and flack-raising flare-ups from anybody on site at Urban! We have been storing content of a lifetime here for years for the most part with no regrets and good music playing on the Muzak loops!

Some pretty questionable dealings with a U-Haul rental. Many conflicting pieces or information were given regarding store hours and procedure which lead to an extra days charge. When we returned the key, I was given excuses and shifting blame. I would recommend a different location to get a U-Haul.
