I took my car in this morning to have a routine oil change. The man tried to tell me that I would need to get a synthetic blend in my car b/c thats what the manufacturer recommended and when I asked why I couldnt get conventional oil his response was, "Well you can, but it just means youll have to change your oil every 3,000 miles instead of every 5,000." I told him that didnt make a difference to me and to go ahead and put conventional oil in. He then proceeded to tell me that I should get the cabin air filter replaced, to which I responded that I would look into that and was not interested but thanks for the offer. I put the keys in his hand and walked across the street to get some lunch and wait. I got a call from him telling me that they were just about done with the oil change and that he didnt realize when they started that the oil filter was a canister and it would cost me an extra $10 to replace it. To which my response was, this should have been something I was informed of BEFORE the work was started. Essentially, he told me that was not his problem and that the work was already done. I went over to pick up my car and inform him that I would NOT, in fact, be paying for his mistake when he told me that he could just take the new filter out and put in my original. My question to that was why he was just fine throwing away a brand new filter but not leaving it in my car when it was his error that put it in my car in the first place. He even tried to tell me that the clause about the oil filter charge was on the paperwork I signed when I dropped off the car. Actually sir, I didnt sign anything when I dropped off the car. Another mistake on his part? Thus ensued, essentially, a battle of who is in the right - the customer or the mechanic. I kept trying to speak, but he kept interrupting me - INFURIATING! He finally told me, "You know what, Im not even going to charge for the oil change. Are you happy? You got what you wanted?" When I tried to tell him that was not the answer I was looking for at all and I would be happy to pay the price he had told me when I first dropped off my car, he told me he wasnt interested and didnt want to hear it. I have NEVER been treated so disrespectfully by a business in my life! Youd better bet the owner will be getting a call from my husband regarding the business practices of his employees while hes not there! Save your money, time and frustration, go somewhere - anywhere - else!

Do not trust this place to do good work. Short story: my alignment work here included the mechanic hammering on some rear wheel crossmembers to try and bend them to get the wheel to toe correctly! then when he made the rear toe worse he let their fancy machine correct for the misalignment he caused by adjusting the front end way out of wack. As I drove away the car was still pulling to the left. They didnt do a before OR after test drive like they said they would, they refused to use correct procedure as shown in the service manual for aligning the rear end and at the end of the day they just blamed my car for being lifted for the reason they couldnt do proper work on it. Fact is: it is possible to do alignment on my car even though its lifted, the car has a different mechanism for aligning the rear end than most cars and they just wanted to grab their $100 for an alignment. I told the owner that if they are trying to blame my car for being un-alignable then whey did he take my money and make it worse? At first he said he would refund my money but after several polite calls I was fully just given the run-around. Every time I called I would be immediately put on hold, given the run-around and then told the owner was in a meeting or on a call and would call me back which he never would. I have decided to file a fraud claim with American Express to try and recover my money. Dont go here! They are shifty and are only interested in taking your money, not doing good work on your car!

This place is a joke. Couldnt even properly diagnose a problem in a Chevy 350... pretty much the most basic of all engines. I took it in to have a timing/idle diagnosed. They basically took my money and didnt figure out anything, they didnt even provide me with a list of things that they ruled out. Its the most unprofessional experience I have ever had working with a shop. I complained to the manager/owener and he said to bring it back in. Which I did. After three days I got no answer from them and he said he thought it might be a couple of different parts... though he didnt bother testing them or anything. The kicker is, I have a 1992 Chevy Suburban with a TBI 350, he said that he thought the problem was either the Cam Sensor or Crank Sensor... Trucks of this year/model... DOESNT HAVE EITHER OF THESE SENSORS!!!!!!! They basically charged me money to diagnose a problem on a vehicle that they know nothing about and didnt even bother to learn anything about it in order to properly check it out... they just took my money and wasted my time. There are a lot of mechanics in Vancouver. You may have a good experience here... but why take a chance when there are other shops within minutes of this place?

I took my car in to have the electrical system looked at and a fuel pump put in (I bought the part elsewhere.) They did everything I asked and told me everything was good to go except I needed an alternator. I replaced the alternator right after and took the car to Autozone to have them check that it was done properly because the dash light was still on. (Had been since the shop along with brake light.) They tested it and told me it was fine. Later that day on my way to work, the car died and had a puddle of gas under the engine. When I called Four Seasons, they told me there was no warranty because I didnt get the part from them. So the tow and additional repair charges would come out of my pocket. I went back in to get it fixed and after working on it for two hours, they told me I had just run out of gas. Technically, that was true, since it all leaked out of my fuel lines. I asked about the dash lights, I was told that the alternator was hooked up wrong (lie, Autozone already checked it) and when I asked about the brake light, I was told they knew nothing about it. When I picked the car up,the second time, neither dash light was on. Shady, shady, shady, shady. Do not go here.

I will never take my vehicle here again, nor refer anyone to this place. I paid over $1,500 to have them do some work for me. After taking my car back to them 8-10 times I took it to a dealer who found that they not only did bad work, but the parts were put in backwards and they were trying to get me to replace parts that didnt need to be replaced. Furthermore, they damaged more than they fixed and I had to spend $1800 to fix their mistakes. It took me another 2 1/2 weeks of consistent phone calls to get my money back, and they even told me they didnt have to pay for the damage they caused to my car and I should consider myself lucky they were going to make an exception. Overall it took a total of 5 months of consistent visits and they still couldnt fix the problem. DONT BRING YOUR VEHICLE HERE.
