I brought my Toyota Avalon in for a new timing belt. I agreed to the full service they suggested. Shortly after the work was done I moved to another city and soon noticed oil leaking under the vehicle. As it turned out the work done at Peterson Auto was improperly performed - the second repair person showed how the cam shaft had been damaged He said they did not take their time and do it properly. As a result, it all had to be re-done. When I contacted Peterson about the problem they assured my they would look into the problem. After several letters and phone conversations it became painfully obvious they had no intention of backing their ethics statements or guarantees. In short, they lied and left me hanging with an additional $1,000.00 plus bill.

I took my Xterra in there several times within 2 weeks... First time was for a tune-up getting ready for a long road trip. My car ran worse when took it home. I took it back and they said it was an exhaust leak. I asked them to fix it and replace my corroded battery terminals. I picked up my Xterra again and got it home and realized the terminals were never fixed but they charged me for it. And I noticed that I now had powersteering fluid leaking, hose had loosened up. I took back one last time. Told them I wanted terminals fixed and hose replaced... Hoping that would be the end of the problems. No way... A week later on my trip the powersteering fluid hose came off completely! Never ever use these guys!!!!

When my car failed the emissions test, my sister recommended I take it to Petersons. She takes her car there and has been very satisfied with their service. I set up an appointment with Chris and took my car in. He gave me an estimate and told me when my car would be done. Overall I was completely satisfied with the service I received form Petersons Automotive and I would definitely recommend their services to other people. Chris was very knowledgeable, professional, and courteous. And I also received a follow up call regarding my satisfaction of the services. Thanks again, Chris and Petersons Automotive for taking great care of my car! :)

Fair Priced, Quick and Courteous. I brought my Hyundai Tucson to Peterson Automotive in October 2012. I was expecting to be without a car for a week and end up with an astronomical bill after my experience with other repair shops and dealerships. At Petersons my car was ready the next morning at a fraction of what I expected and half their initial quote! They were even nice enough to check my VIN for any factory recalls I had missed. It turned out I had missed a very important airbag recall. I cant thank them enough. Peterson Automotive, you are awesome.

My Olds Aurora was not the first vehicle I had worked on by Petersons staff. I also had a Nissan Pickup which they worked on a couple of times. Every time, they get the work done as quickly as possible.The prices are as reasonable as they can be . Theres no nonsense either. When they tell you something needs fixing they are truthful. The owner, Eric Peterson is personally involved in the shop and stays engaged with its day today operations. That is why I trust him and his crew to work on my vehicles. They care.

I went to Peterson Automotive for a second opinion on A/C repairs as I was charged $80+ at the first place just to check it out and give me an estimate. Peterson not only gave me a more reasonable estimate but did not charge for the diagnosis. That tells me they are honest and trustworthy and will get all my business from here on.

Peterson Automotive has been working on my cars for several years and I have come to trust them completely. They recently did fuel injectors, ARP head bolts, HPOP, etc. on my 6.0 powerstroke and I am very happy with the results. The job had some challenges and surprises but they always put my needs first and did the work right.
