I cant begin to describe the TERRIBLE experience I had here! It started off getting into the shop right away for a burnt out head light. I was appreciative that they could work me in - the rest of the trip went down hill quickly! 1) The tech Ramon had me pull into the shop and asked me some questions. As I am not super knowledgeable about cars I wasnt sure about high beam vs low beam. I know them as head lights vs brights. So Ramon had me turn on my headlights to check which was burnt out. **** note he didnt tell me to turn them off*** 2) after struggling with the light bulb for 15 minutes and not being able to make it work Ramon gave up - telling me it was a wiring problem. Hed charge me $90 per hour to trace the wire to where it was burnt. I told him Id check with my husband to see what we wanted to do. At this point I thought wed agree and Id come back the next day. But at $90 per hour I was worried about costs escalating quickly. 3) as Ramon lower the hood of my vehicle he went to put my hood prop (or the stick that supports the hood when opened) back into the latch of my Altima. As he did this he was looking at me and careless popped the latch that secures the prop, missing the small plastic clip and breaking it off. I am sure if I hadnt been standing there he wouldnt have said anything. I was and in a shocked voice asked if he just broke my car?!? He blamed the age of my car - plastic gets brittle with age. Ramon did take my name and number down stating hed call me to replace the part when it came in... Most likely later that day. I never got a phone call, I had to call the next day (approximately 24 hours later). Ramon did fix the latch - no charge. The next week I took my car to my regular mechanic. He told me point blank that these guys caused my fuse to pop by changing the light bulb with the head lights on. I the past my guy only charged me $40 to replace a burnt bulb. This time the charge was $71. I went back to orchards express. I asked for them to pay the difference - what $30? I had copy if my receipt showing the damages and price. My mechanic stating what he found on my bill. Jay the owner started off by talking down to me - like I didnt know what I was talking about. He told me it was only $71 and he wasnt against paying such a small bill it wasnt that much, but they werent at fault. I said I only wanted them to pay the difference, $30. Then Jay started arguing that the fuse was the light bulb didnt work. I wasnt really expecting them to pay any of the bill, but really just want to share with them the negative experience I had had. I would have settled for a "I not sure if we cause this or not, we are so sorry for all your extra trouble - hey well take 10% off your next service...." Kind of apology. The way I was treated was demeaning and unacceptable. I know the customer isnt always right, but sometimes you need to meet them in the middle and not argue with them in the waiting room full of fellow customers . I was told if AAA sided with me I would get my money back, but how would I be able proof of that and unless I called them in front of the owner? Jay wasnt going to give me that kind of time.

would not Honor the warrant of the tires. We got both my tires and my husbands car tires from these guys. We have had them a year. It has a 5 year warrenty with 50000 mile warrenty. The tires after 1 year and only 20000 miles are now worn evenly bald. My husband is out of town at a Les Swab and they confired he needed new tires. Called to get them to cover it since they eere under warrenty. At first they said ya no problem, just send a picture of the tires and well cover it. Well the owner then turned around and said that is was the cars fault that they went bald and wouldnt be replacing the tires. He was extremely rude to my husband. We always got the tires rotated so they couldnt use that excuse. So he said something was wrong with our car and he wouldnt be replacing them. No I have gone to these guys for a couple of years. Its been one thing sfter the other. They even sent my husbsnd on his way with a tire going flat. My husband asked them to fill it because it looked low. The guy said "oh thats normal its suppose to be that low. zmy husband drive straight to les swab down thr road no more that a quarter mile away and they fixed the flat tgat that said was normal. Dont go to them.

I love coming here. The guys understand that with my type of job Ive really only got minutes so theyve always been great at getting my vehicle in and out. If they cant right then, they have me come back after my shift and make it happen. Ramon and his crew have always treated me with nothing but respect (I wont except anything less, but I give them respect also.) I will continue to come and pester the guys and let them work on my familys vehicles. Wonderful crew over here couldnt ask for better! Clean restroom which is never heard of, and a very clean waiting area you can tell they take pride in their shop and what they do. As a women I dont feel they treated me any different than they would a man, so dont be intimidated to go visit them.

The guys at Orchards Express were always professional and attentive. I had major front brake problems from a wheel cylinder that froze up, heating up the rest of the brake parts to almost a cherry red. Waited till the next day to bring it in so the parts had time to cool down and they found the left, front caliper was cracked! They fixed both front brakes in no time and I was back on the road again. Two weeks later the same thing happened to the back brakes. I brought it in immediately and they took it right in, fixed it, road tested it and I was on my way again. Thank you guys! You cant beat service like that!

Express Auto Care has always treated my family and I with great professionalism and a friendly disposition for the many years weve been coming here. As someone who doesnt have knowledge about cars, I am always skeptical going into auto maintenance that there will be some kind of hustling going on. However, with these guys, I know they are always willing to go the extra mile, and be fair with their price estimates. Particularly, Ramon has been very helpful and informative any time we come in. Cant recommend this business enough!

These guys are amazing! After first moving to Vancouver, I found them out of luck. I couldnt be more happy with the service and help that I continuously receive from them.
