I just want to say that there is this new guy who has been working in the Yelm Auto Zone Store for a couple months now. His name is Dennis W. I met him a few days ago in that same store when I was checking out which car battery I wanted to buy in the future. He was the one who helped me and showed me the difference between some of the car batteries and their quality and pricing. His attitude was right on and he knew his stuff. But I also want to say that all good employees, entrepreneurs, and business people know their stuff when interacting with a customer. But what makes Dennis great, in my opinion, is the fact that besides knowing his stuff he knew how to talk to me. And that made the communication between us run smoothly, which led to me coming back to the Yelm Auto Zone store a few days later and purchase a brand new car battery through him.

Autozone is an awesome store. The one in Yelm is no exception. They have knowledgeable people working there but they also have a few that know very little about the automotive industry. There is a young lady who is very nice that will most likely answer the phone on the weekends. She does not know the store, does not know much about brake calipers, is unsure of parts available, and makes no effort to go the distance to find an answer to a simple question. Today Im going to NAPA. Sorry Autozone.

If you see a green beetle with a roof rack parked out front, ask for Keith. Hes super helpful and will find you a part there, or anywhere in the network, and if you hafta order something up from a warehouse theyll call you the second it arrives. Usually run an oil change kit every week of different brands. Doesnt have the hard to find parts, but good prices on all the general use parts. Order times are usually next day.

Gary & Miguel are the Best Period. Both of them are the Dynamic Duo. When you take both theyre mini lion bots, they form a super lion robot. Gary is Gandolf the grey, and Miguel is Frodo. Both are Awesome. Another raise is in order.

I have been to Auto Stores that were more helpful. They were kind though.
