You can always count on Randy & Sarahs (owners) honesty, and being treated very fairly. You can expect highly competent automotive repair and knowledgeable skills. Randy has probably the highest certification as an ASE master technician. You will have to usually leave your vehicle with them though. And, make your own transportation arrangements. That being said, its worth the effort. I am a repeat customer from several years back. I always feel good when I walk out knowing that the jobs been done correctly without being oversold like the car dealership commonly does! And, at a better price! How can you beat that?

Ive visited State of the Art twice - once to have my brakes and rotors replaced, and once after to have a noise in those same brakes checked out. I took my car in today to have the noise checked out, and I was assured that if it was an issue with the brakes, and the fault of the mechanics, I wouldnt be charged. They were true to their word, and I walked out of their shop without paying a cent. Their service is great and honest. Keep up the good work!

Had my battery replaced and registered. The price was very reasonable. I have nothing bad to say about the service. Ive been suspicious about my brakes and they checked them for no extra charge. The pads were found to be in good shape. Later, I found out it was my brake fluids that was the problem, oh well. Hardest part about coming here is their hours. They open at 8AM and are closed on the weekend.

Initially I was a little hesitant for taking my BMW X5 to a local shop other than taking it to a dealership but Im very pleased with the honesty and the quality of service that they had provided. The staff is very knowledgeable and Randy is great. Keep up the exceptional work guys.

Took my audi q7 there to get checked because the check engine light was on and guys over there took good care of me fast good service nice cool people definitely a go to shop ill be going there from now on thanks guys

I took it to State of the Art for a second opinion after being quoted over $1000 at another place. Turns out nothing wrong with the car except a bad fuse. Randy and everyone else at State of the Art were great!
