I have been living around this area for a while. Taken my car to many places. This place is probably the most honest place I have ever been to. They might not be the most nicest mechanics who greets with you with a huge smile every time you go, but they are definitely not the ones that will add unnecessary charges on your bill. These days, it is hard to find places like this. One time, my old car had engine light on and I had to go in for emission test soon. I know from previous experience that most places will ask me to fix it for $700, but this place was honest enough to fix a minor problem for free. I honestly wanted to pay a small fee at least for their help. They tell you where they get their parts. They are not gonna rip you off for putting old parts in and charge full price. I gotta say I would recommend anyone that I know to go to this place if they got a problem.

I used to love going to this mechanic. They would be good to me and my family, tell me whats wrong and get all the stuff fixed at a good price. Most recently they changed out a coil on my 2012 Honda Fit a year ago. That very same piston and coil caused me to have to rebuild and remachine the top of my engine. Call it a coincidence or not either way the new office guy Daniel didnt even want to discuss it. I have the part I have the receipt and he wont even talk about it with me and said "we can argue about this all day if you like ". I miss Pauls customer service the old office guy he wouldnt get snippy at me for trying to get a little knowledge and understanding out of them. Oh and I forgot to mention it was a $4000 repair that had to be done on my car and Ive taken five different cars to his shop more than twice each.

This place is the best auto repair center Ive ever taken a car to, the employees are very courteous and responsive to other issues on the vehicle without me knowing about it. One time I needed a side view mirror replaced and not only did they got be the best deal for me but they also took the time to take attention to detail and painted it to match my car perfectly. They are incredible at their craft and have mastered it as an art.

Seriously great service. Punctual. Simple explanation for auto jargons that dealership usually craps out. Speaking of dealerships, Express Auto is so honest to the bones. Furthermore Express Auto probably saved me a lot of $$$ from dealerships rip-off prices. I can go on and on about how great Express Auto is, but really, I would highly recommend you try them if youre fed up with bad services.

Ive lived in Rolling Meadows for almost a year and have brought several of our family cars here for service. Not only are they fast and reliable but they are honest and the prices are VERY reasonable. Ive never had any of the employees try to sell me more than you need or push you into doing more work than I asked for. I think this place is top-notch!

Ive been going here since I moved to Florida. My wife would always service her car here while we were dating in college. Every time we road tripped home we would Always service our car here. I remember coming in with a problem and they didnt hesitate to walk me through or accommodate my tight schedule. All The techs and guy name Paul are super helpful.

I know for sure they will not over charge me or come up with some unknown issue to make unnecessary repairs. Ive seen same tech for few year since Ive began using their service. Friendly and has extensive knowledge. I strongly recommend!
