WONDERFUL!!! First of all, they always had car available for rental for me, so i could get to work, my 2002 Sunfire Pontiac incur major damage and couldnt do much in restoring it, so they did everything they could to help me out in bad situation, and gave me opportunity to find better car that fits my needs. They always answer your calls, polite and friendly, and give you detail explanation with pictures, on the issues that they find on your vehicle. Their prices are very reasonable, and better values then other shops I have went to. They give me a in and out emission test after another auto body failed it due their faulty device. I wouldnt go to another auto-shop ever again, I really appreciate their honestly and clarity.

A very clean shop, I stopped there this morning to ask a question about some loud noises coming from my engine. They gave me honest feedback and told me that depending on the issue, it may or may not be something they work with... In general, I believe honesty is the best policy, and often times I havent seen that with mechanics. However, in this case, I truly believe that these guys run an honest, respectable business, and are really looking out for their customers (current and / or potential). Yesterday my car lost its automatic steering while I was driving on the freeway. My dashboard lit up with lights. I limped off the freeway and I stopped at the first auto repair I found: Greitens. I was very impressed with the staff there, knowledgable, honest, friendly, and timely in my auto repair. While my car was being fixed, I was given a loaner car. A few hours later, my car was fixed and the cost was reasonable. I have already recommended Greitens to family members and friends. Thank you, Greitens, for a positive experience!

This is a pure rip-off place. I had a leaking fuel filler neck, they recommended me to replace it, which is OK. The labour cost was $125, which was again OK. The cost of the part was not more than $ 100 in online stores as well as in OReilly. But they charged $ 212, when I politely asked them about it, they ignorantly said " We want to make money in business". However they were very prompt in time and delivery. If you are least bothered about money, this is a good place. I WILL NOT recommend this place to anybody.

Very professional communication; Mike was very clear on what was needed and why. I was pleasantly surprised that i received email describing proposed repairs, and Mike referenced email in follow up calls. They also understood and recognized value of Google reviews; how many repair shops even pay attention? Clean building and surrounds; clean waiting area. I will use them again. I suspect I could get cheaper repairs elsewhere, but Ill pay extra for effective and professional communication, and clean environment.

Mike was so fantastic to work with- sent me a detailed email with photos of all their findings and recommended fixes. Gave me multiple options for getting my hybrid battery replaced- even called me back when he found a better priced option after I had agreed to go with the more expensive brand new option. Work was done when estimated and car is running great. Whenever I would call, everyone who answered was very polite and professional. Pricing very reasonable. Highly recommend.

Ive lived in Milwaukee for 13 years. For the first three I floated around trying to find a trustworthy, affordable, and fast mechanic. I finally found them around 2004 and I can only say wonderful things about Kevin and Dennis at Greitens. They run a clean shop, are knowledgeable and pleasant to work with, and fix your car/truck fast and right. The prices are completely fair and straightforward. Amazing service! Cannot speak highly enough about Kevin and his staff. Having car troubles and being hundreds of miles away is a very stressful thing. I may never go to a different auto shop. My 02 Tacoma had an Evaporative emission system leak, and needed a new timing belt, water pump, battery and oil change. I received a very helpful email detailing recommended service for my truck, on the day I dropped it off. I was told it would take 4 days, for all that, and was actually completed in 3. The customer service was excellent, and the price was reasonable. Overall, I am very pleased!

I had an excellent experience at Greitens. I needed an oil change / tune up before a long drive, and Mike was especially friendly and helpful in prioritizing my cars needs (urgent, necessary, recommended). They loaned me a car so I could go to work while they worked on my car, and I found the prices and service to be competitive. Definitely recommend this place for your auto work! I wish I had found it sooner.

I give you guys a excellent all-around but it took a couple days to get my Taurus on the lift and diagnosed. No big deal b/c I wasnt in a hurry and I know you were running shorthanded. I give you the benefit of the doubt b/c yr service is prompt and candid and I think you work at a good price. Turns out I didnt need any help w/emissions but thx for telling me how to get through if something was amiss.

First timer for service. Kevin and Brandon were great - very friendly and professional. Got my car in at 12:30 and out by 3:30. Fixed a bad window motor at a really fair price. After-service reports provided as to what additional work should be considered and done going forward (a great value-add). Not at all pushy. Greitens was recommended to me by friends in the Wauwatosa area. It is easy to make convenient appointments. They do a great job keeping my tires changed twice a year and checked for wear. They also service my car and remind me of things that need to be done. A pleasant and welcoming waiting area with coffee and friendly conversation. An auto service that I definitely recommend.

Ive been using Greitens Auto for about a year now and I cant say enough good things about them. Fast, professional and accommodating. Ive used them for little things like a flat tire to a 50K tuneup and Ive been completely satisfied every time. Its hard finding a reliable & affordable mechanic these days....these guys fit the bill.
