This Is The Most Ghetto, Unprofessional, Unethical Automotive Shop In Milwaukee WI With Outrageous Pricing And Horrible Customer Service. Ive Recently (03/04/16) Had Work Done On My Hyundai Tiburon Here. What Started Out As Me Just Needing To Replace Brake Pads Has Turned Into A Catastrophe. Any Job You Have Done Comes With The Initial Diagnosis Of The Vehicle . I Dont Know To Much About Cars But Im No Damn Fool. Rob The Mechanic Who Initially Worked On My Vehicle Stated I Need A New Master Cylinder After They Had My Car For 2 days , And The Master Cylinder (Wasnt Installed Correctly) But, After Being Quoted A Ridiculous Price of $150 By Him For The Part , I Stopped By Auto-zone And The Part Was $82.99. However Rob Charged Me An Additional $150 For Labor And Bleeding My Breaks. So A Few Days Ago Im Driving On The Express Way And My Brakes Lock On Me. So I Took The Car Back To Another Mechanic At Their Shop A Latino Gentleman, Who Said I Should Get New Brake Calibers Because Mines Are No Good On The Front End And For An Additional 200 Dollars Not Including Labor. Of Course I Go To Auto zone And The Calibers Were 42.99 Each With A 10 Dollar Core Charge If I Bring Back The Old Ones. The Labor I Was Quoted By The Second Mechanic Was $75. I Get There This Morning And Now The Labor Is 160 For Each Side. A Enough Is Enough Got Damn It. I Wouldnt Recommend This Shop To My Little Cousin To Fix Her Power Wheel.

I got to this place they attended us quick which was a good thing but usually a tire their cost $25 dollars. We arrived to the location and they told me it was $35 dollars no big deal, so we went to the atm to get the rest of the cash because they said their atm was broke came back and another guy went from $35 dollars to $40 wasted my time so I just up and left on the spot you dont try to hustle your customers we work as hard as you do for our money ...!

I have been going here forever past few years. My experiences have been nothing but positive! The staff there are dedicated, respectful and professional. Howard is an amazing person and makes sure he delivers on his word and his services. Prices are extremely fair! They have always helped me and I wont go anywhere else. You guys are simply amazing!!!!

I was on the express way and the ride did not feel right so I got off on 25th Clybourn and they were open!! This is a great shop. They are open late. The prices are reasonable. I love that they stand by their work and you are given a warranty.
