This was the biggest waste of money I have ever spent. It was partly my fault, only because I held out hope that they were as good as I heard. Someone neglected to tell me this is the BLACK HOLE of repair shops. My car ran great but wouldnt start one day. Took it to them, and they kept it THREE, 3, TRES weeks!! Everyday telling me they were gonna pull it in. When they finally did after the first week and a half they told me what the problem was and I commissioned them to start work. One would assume they would ACTUALLY start working then but NOOOO. Another week of phone lies until it was thru. Then after I picked it up, the price was at least $200 over what was done in labor. Upon driving it, I found my car performed WORSE THAN it ever had the whole 5 years Ive owned it. Took it to Auto zone to diagnose it and what do ya know, it was something they "repaired" that was faulting. Took it back, told them to fix it. They called me saying they should do a "little" more work to the tune of $500. But not before they informed me they should have went ahead and did that the first time. I said no and I retrieved my car. Come to find out, they probably just didnt hook up a new part correctly because it was back to normal after they rechecked their work. So, there was really no need for the extra work for half a grand that I instinctively turned down. Added to the $700 they already got me for. Oh, and for my troubles, they offered me a$50 discount if I elected to get that extra work. Three weeks, overcharged, bad work, and lies and all I get is a lousy, friggin FIFTY DOLLAR DISCOUNT??! NEVER, EVER, EVER, TAKE YOUR CAR THERE! Dont say I didnt warn you!

I took my car to Wink because I thought they were a Professional shop that did good work. That was not my experience. My original mechanic diagnosed my car with needing a water pump/timing belt and an oil leak.. I decided to go to Wink instead because the price was better. I paid over $1000 for that work combined and when I got my car back the check engine light was on and it had never been on before. I took it back and they said it was a misfire in a cylinder... okay. I get it back and the light comes back on... now its a tune up... okay. The light comes back on and now I have a bad coil... they put a used coil in my car without asking and told me they were doing me a favor because I wasnt charged for that portion and there is no warranty on that work. I dont think it was a favor because they took up too much of my time for the same issue and there is no guarantee the part really works. The mechanic also put his dirty feet on my floor every time I took my car to them leaving muddy foot prints. I complained every time, but was ignored.I found that to be disrespectful, so I wont be going back.

I went here not only did it tke them over two weeks to fix my car but they made it WORSE. I asked for them to diagnose the problem they never did, instead they started fixing POTENTIAL problems without finding out exactly why the car wouldnt start. I got the car back and it wouldnt start the next morning after I spent $500.00 or repairs. they took it back charged me an additional $250.00 and kept my car for another week. on top of all of this they admitted to BREAKING MY COOLANT HOSE, and took another 2 days to fix that. I have my car back and it still leaks coolant. my car smells like gas not and the check coolant light won;t go off so now I have to buy a new car thanks to winks..........

They made an incredibly stressful situation very easy for me. Everyone I spoke with was super nice, patient and informative! I didnt feel like I was getting taken advantage of at all, which was what I was worried about going into this repair. They even discounted the price for me, which I was shocked by. I fully plan on using them for any auto needs

My family always goes to Wink Auto. Great service and great prices. My transmission just went on my car and we called them right away. My car is back good as new. We trust them 100%. There is a shop right in our neighborhood but we choose to travel the extra 20 plus minutes to go to Wink Auto instead. That is how great they are!

Terrible service! They were playing the guessing game with my oldsmobile, then come to find out my oldsmobile did not need all the necessary work that Wink prescribed. It seems they were trying to avoid my calls concerning my vehicle, and to top all of that they dont answer the phone about a hour after they open!

Their prices are very fair and the staff really easy to work with, however, everything in my vehicle was stolen while at the shop....tools, paperwork, literary everything that wasnt bolted down was stolen. I lost 3k worth of equipment just to get 600 worth of work done. Its a shame, the shop does good work.

VERY DISAPPOINTED. The quality of service is substandard, and their knowledge of auto electric systems isnt even worth mentioning. The issues I have are unchanged, yet I payed to have them fixed. While taking apart my dash and doors they actually broke some of the clips holding them together.
