Fast service. Excellent work. Friendly staff. I never once felt like I was being taken advantage of because Im a woman. John and his staff explained everything to me (even when I didnt completely understand) and never made me feel silly about the questions I was asking. And I never felt like I was being charged unfairly for the work I had done. I cannot recommend this shop highly enough for BMW repairs.
