If I could put a 0 star rating I would. I have never had a worse job done on my car. A dent was 2b fixed and a mirror painted. I asked not to put the mirror on since they charged to much and I could do it on my own. I got a call from Manager Eric stating that car is done and mirror did not need paint job, Came to get the car - the dent is still there $400.00 later and mirror is NOT painted and I am charged for the mirror being put on while I asked not to (charge was not removed, disputing with my credit card). Asked that dent is fixed and asked why mirror is not painted. I was told that it is black just a different black - WHO wants to drive a car with one different colored mirror that is obvious a different color? So now I got the car back with painted mirror and dent fixed (still can see the dent if look closely!) and the mirror is horribly painted, leaks everywhere, dust and bubbles all over the mirror and I am being charged twice the price for the job of painting! DO NOT GO THERE!!! They literally do not look at the job before releasing the car and the free rent is NOT WORTH IT!!!! I had to return my car there three times already and GOD knows what I end up getting back this time!

I recently had a car mishap and took my car to two body shops. This shop is certainly the HONEST kind. Most shops will work in the best interest of one party (insurance co.), but this shop will do whats right and be fair to both parties . I wont be wondering if this company stays successful in the coming years. To top it off, the people here are really nice and youll get prompt answers over the phone or in person. Dont take your business elsewhere, you found it here!!!!!!!!!

Worst place ever I had damage in my car that was not there when I droped it off and they didnt fix one problem that I claimed and they just said thats just how it is now I could tell they dont give a crap about you all they care about is your insurance money as soon as u pay your deductable your on your own they will deny anything after u pay

I went to Castens after my car was backed into. They were lovely and helped me with the insurance process. Then, when they actually fixed my car, they did it very quickly and it looked great! Would definitely go here again! Great people!
