Avoid this shop. Only 45 days after having brake pads/rotors replaced I had to take the car back when brake light came on again. According to Alpine, brake pads and rotors had to be replaced again. Plus I had to pay for a fluid flush. Best the service manager could come up with is I was riding the brakes (Note: I have a manual transmission). How is it possible it took 6 years for the first pads/rotors to be replaced but only 45 days after Alpine "repaired" the brakes? Will consider small claims court if these brakes/rotors dont last longer than 45 days.

Andrew, from Alpine Towing, towed my car from Mundelein to Round Lake. He was extremely knowledgeable, professional and polite. He made sure I was comfortable in the passenger seat while he did his job. Andrew is a perfect example of excellent customer service!! I highly recommend Alpine Towing and Andrew is particular. Thank you Andrew for taking such good care of me and my car!! Alpine Towing, Andrew is an outstanding worker!!! Thank you again!!

Very unprofessional , seems like the company has gone down hill Over the years .. use to hear nothing but good things. Seems like now a bunch of rookies who dont know how to work on cars are employed here , was told that my brakes are fine even though I had noise issues, I wanted to get a second mechanic to look at my car , and was told and shown something completely different than what alpine has.

I have tried them 2 times and probably wont go back. On an Acura, then left the outside temperature sensor unplugged after some work. They did fix it promptly when I returned, but it take a second trip. On a Buick, they left a door partially disassembled, and the shocks that they used to replace the old ones ruined the ride of the car.

I have been going to Alpine Automotive for years. I completely trust everything they tell me and never question their honesty. With todays automobile you really need to trust your mechanic and I really trust these guys!! I refer them all of the time and always get the same great feedback!!!

Alpine Automotive seems to struggle with issue diagnosis and honoring repair warranties. I intend to have my dispute with Alpine Automotive addressed in small claims court, and I plan to post additional details concerning Alpine Automotive after that time.

This crew knows what theyre doing. Every year when Im in town Alpine is on the list of stops to get everything on my SUV looked over and repaired. I intentionally try to hold off repairs just so the team at Alpine can do the work!

Alpine Automotive is a company you cannot trust. I had a radiator replaced there was given a line about needing an over-sized version and was charged $400 more than the place I normally bring my car. DO NOT GO THERE.
