Horrible!!! They lost or didnt deliver approx. 25% of our wedding invitations. I posted on FB my apologies to friends that didnt receive the invitations. Come to find to out this is nothing new with them, many people posted or came forward stating they had the same problem. Two families we know well dropped off their wedding invitations and about 1/3 of them werent delivered as well. The clipper magazines had many problems with them for delivery too. They me be nice at the counter but cant be trusted for delivery. Now we have to damage control and contact friends who didnt receive one and apologize. A while back they delivered wrong mail to my address, I went to the Higley Post Office hand delivered the letter telling them it was the wrong address. A few days later it was redelivered to me again, I took back telling them again wrong address and redelivered again for the third time, I gave up. Do not drop mail there!!!

Terrible service. Theres one older guy there who is just awful, looks like hes moping around & has a poor attitude. Observed it at least on 3 different occasions. Worse off however, this same guy claims that to get your money back guarantee for PM express mail that is delivered AFTER the guaranteed time, you need the packing slip. I showed him my receipt, but he insisted I need the packing slip as well. This stands in contrast to official USPS policy (and as confirmed by multiple customer service agents using their 1800 number) stating that the receipt will suffice for money back guarantee. So either this guy is incredibly misinformed, or as I think, he is willfully committing fraud against paid USPS customers. DO NOT GO TO THIS POST OFFICE. THEY ARE FRAUDS & HAVE CRAP ATTITUDES

I usually dont do reviews but this one deserved it!! Every time I go into this post office I try to get the same guy. His name is Randy. He is the best most customer friendly guy you want to meet. He also knows what hes doing. If there is a way to save you money and get your package anywhere he will find for you and If you have a difficult situation he will figure out. Again, one of the best customer service people I have ever encountered. Thank you Randy for making my day better!!

This location is wonderful! Always helpful, always polite. To the person who had a chihuaua and wrote a negative review, SHAME ON YOU! If it isnt a service dog it does NOT belong in the Post Office! My son is anaphylactically ALLERGIC to dogs and you could have threatened his life having that dog in there! Bravo for the post office employees who refused to serve you!

I live and work MUCH closer to a different Post Office branch but always go out of my way to get to this branch. The staff there greets me by name, the wait is very minimal compared to other branches, and the service is great.

Horrible service. Unfriendly lazy employees. I finally got to the counter, all the while holding my 5lb chihuahua in my arms. When I was rudely asked to leave after standing in line for 20mins. Dont use this location.
