Ordered some items off of Wish. The first 3 items arrived perfectly fine and on time. I got a call last week explaining that my package had a wrong address and I was lucky it made it to Queen Creek in the first place with an unpleasant attitude. Not to mention I tried to call the post office and the number he gave me and neither worked. So I went in yesterday to get it and waited in line only to be told to wait by a door and press a buzzer. Which I did for 20 minutes until someone finally answered the door. It was the same guy who called me and gave me more attitude before finally giving me my package claiming the sender added one too many 8s in the address. I checked the address they used and it was my exact address. No errors. All my other packages from the same sender made it just fine. Tell me why Pizza Hut has more competence finding my address than the post office does?

Fossil shipped my watch to me USPS and when it arrived to me the envelope was re taped (looks like it had been opened)and my watch was missing. I didnt pay any mind to it because the only thing in the envelope was my invoice for the repairs they made. I assumed that once i called and paid Fossil would then ship my watch out but after i spoke to them they told me my watch should have been in the package i received along with the invoice. USPS says i have to submit a claim with Fossil since they were the sender but i highly doubt they took my watch. This is ridiculous, this was the first watch my wife purchased for me and it cant be repurchased since they dont make it anymore. I would like for USPS to figure out what happened to my watch instead of telling me to start a claim with Fossil.

This post office doesnt even deserve 1 star. My car registration was delivered torn in half with my tag missing years ago. I shipped a "return" back to a company. ..it was expensive face product....that just disappeared into thin air. When I called to complain I was told to make sure and pay for tracking next time. I think its sad that I have to pay additional fees in order to ensure the service I already have to pay for gets done correctly! The business I work for has dealt with SO many "missing" checks. We have to request that they be re-issued frequently! I received a huge batch of our mail, which was postmarked in May of 2015 in January of 2016. Unreal! I refuse to give them one more penny of my money. I have never experienced such horrendous service before.

I schedule at home pickups on a daily basis. Our usual mail lady is AWESOME , she is so fast and extremely friendly. But on her day off, the replacement postal worker almost NEVER picks up my packages! I cant run a business like this, its extremely frustrating. I always specify on my scheduled request that my item will be IN THE MAILBOX, yet they lazily leave the package in there and Mark my item as not found. I am so furious about this! I can forgive this happening once or twice but its been around a dozen times now. I call the Post office each time it happens but it never changes. I hate it when our usual lady has the day off because I know my package will be left behind! Train your workers better!

I would give 0 stars of that was an option. This post office has the WORST service. I had a post office box, but they never put packages in a parcel locker, necessitating someone who works come in during their inconvenient business hours to pick up packages. Even that is an ideal, because they serve window customers, leaving box customers awaiting parcels for upwards of 15 minutes. They only have one package drop off, and it is always jammed. So much for self-service. You can hear employees scampering behind the parcel drop off, but heaven forbid someone unjam it! No, you must wait until 9am.

I usually have great experiences with usps since I have to ship constantly for my business and this is the first post office that was very dissapointing. I got one of my packages returned for additional postage. Okay fine, I pay the additional fee and they ship it and the tracking said it arrived in the mailbox but the recipient got a note saying it needed an additional amount paid to be delivered! So now they have to go and pay OVER the amount that is needed. And it comes off as me being a bad business owner. The place is always PACKED too. Like hour long lines daily. Such a bummer!

As usual, a government entity that cant get anything right. I have multiple business checks missing. The neighbors mail is ALWAYS in my mailbox, and there is no care or responsibility on behalf of any of these lazy excuses for workers empleyed here. UPS and FedEx deliver packages nationally and internationally on time, and are extremely profitable in the process. These morons have a hard time getting an envelope with a check in it 20 miles east to the right mailbox. I wish they would privatize this process and bid it out to a smarter, more capable entity. We would all benefit.

I have received many of my neighbors mail in my box. I took them to the queen creek office and there is no care or responsibility on behalf of any of USPS employees. I was told they will take care of it, as you know, a government entity that cant get anything right. I ordered a watch from one of the vendor online, they shipped the watch and they have a confirmation confirmation #. I havent seen the watch. Contact the post office and they told me they will look into it. I know they are going to blow me off. Any suggestions who should I contact will be greatly appreciated.

Thank god I dont need to use the Post Office more than 2-3 times a year!! Called during business hours, busy line for over 2 hours. I finally got through, Julie answered and put me on hold. 20 minutes later, I am still on hold. This is horrific. Some may say it is not the employees fault, and you are wrong. Hec, I would have rathered when Julie answered to say"Sir, I really dont want to waste your time. I wont be able to help you at all over the phone. Why dont you come in and take your chances with our lines. Have a great day."

The post office lines move quickly every time I come in. The staff has always been pleasant. I gave four stars because the home mail delivery takes longer than it should (online it shows "expected delivery date" and it sits in the post office for an extra day or two). And we live in a newer neighborhood so sometimes we get neighbors mail and they get ours (but it has definitely got better - havent had that problem in a while). When it has happened, we just put it in the correct mailbox and the neighbors do the same for us.

My name is Louis J. Baltazar, today is April 1, 2015. I have been on hold from 4:50pm and I am still on hold. I have been on here for 42:40mins. so far, and still no answer. Your message said waiting is approximately 20-32 mins. I need to report my mailbox appears to be broken or someone jammed it. I can not even put my key in to retrieve my mail. I believe it is a shame to have to wait this long (44:40). I hope this stays as a matter of record. Probably not.. Enough is enough. Hanging up after 52 minutes. Shameful.
