I wish I could give it 0 stars. Seriously the worst customer service I have ever received. I had a PO Box there for six months. They completely lost one of my packages at their center. First they said it was received and I misplaced it. Then they said, "Well stuff like this happens but we will look into it and call you back tomorrow." They never called me back. Then they said we definitely put it in your box and when I said the dimensions of the package were bigger than the PO Box they said that isnt possible. I pulled up the dimensions and they said they would look again and call me back. They never did. Then they said "We must have put it in another box. Hopefully someone else returns it." That was their solution. Other offices have said that this location is known to loose packages. It takes on average 1 1/2 weeks for them to put my packages into my box after the center receives it. I have no idea what mail gets to me because the ones I track are often delayed or misplaced. One time I gave them a tracking number and they said it didnt exist. They read it back to me and then I pulled it up on their website and it showed as delivered. I had once where they tore off one of my address labels on a delivered package and put it on another box. I have spent hours on the phone or in person tracking down packages and every time I have been there at least one person came to another employee and turned in mail that they put in the wrong PO Box. Seriously spend a little extra money and go to another office to rent a PO Box.

First off, Id like to point out that multiple positive reviews simply saying "good" or "goode" should in no way affect your judgement of this establishment. Read the real reviews. Now Im not one to go and write bad service reviews, but this post office has frustrated me to no end, if you have the option to ship things by any other means, I suggest you take it. They have not only lost my mail twice (2 very important checks I need ASAP) but had no idea what was going on with my situation. They asked me to confirm with both senders that they had sent the mail and did not have it returned. After doing so (both sent them, and neither had the mail returned) I called back at 5:27 and was on hold for about 5 minutes until 5:32 before a lady rudely came onto the phone and told me to call back during business hours between 8:30 am and 5:30 pm. I tried to explain to her that i work from 8 am to 6 pm for the rest of the week and if she could quickly just check if the mail was on hold or try to help me figure out the problem we had already talked about 10 minutes prior it would be appreciated, but she did not listen, and quickly told me "no" and then hung up the phone. Having provided no help, and being extremely rude to me on the phone, I have half a mind to to do everything in my power to get that woman fired, luckily Im having a good day, so instead Ill just write this review that way at least my fellow citizens are aware of and can anticipate the terrible service this post office provides.

Trying to keep my calm because I am furious. I moved last weekend and changed my address on Tuesday at the post office in north Orem with took forever, I had to stand in line for a half hour and the staff had terrible communication skills. My package was out for delivery on Thursday, needless to say it went to my old address and I didnt get my package. I looked online today (Friday) and saw my package was Available for pickup. I went to the north Orem Post office first and waited in line a half hour. The lady told me the place to pick up pakcages was the south orem post office. How in the world was I supposed to know that? Upset but still holding it together I went to the south Orem post office to pick up my package. I show up, wait in line again, give the man my package information and he informs me that they dont have it either. He gave me their supervisor number to call but I dont want to call when Im this furious. Im making this review to vent, I cant believe the level of incompetence and poor communication.

Multiple instances of unreliability with this post office stir me to write this review. In each instance post office staff seemed ignorant or unwilling to help. In the first instance, they lost a package that they swore up and down was delivered to my address. Literally 9 months later the package shows up in my mailbox. Several times they have left packages on top of the community mailbox (in an apartment complex) rather than redeliver or deliver to doors. In the last instance, I filed to have my mail forwarded. Even after receiving a confirmation in the mail at my new address, I still have not received one piece of forwarded mail--despite their assurances that the forward is in place--and despite complaints from the parties who sent the mail that the mail was being returned to them.

I have been trying to locate a package for the last 3 days. I received an update that it was out for delivery on Monday. its now Thursday. Ive called a total of 4 times and each time I get, "give me your name and number and ill try to figure it out or ill give it to my supervisor". No call. While I finally expressed great frustration with my missing package, Davis informed me that the carrier does not give out his phone number..... which means he cannot be reached. How absurd is that? If your job is to deliver mail, and you are not doing your job, you should be contacted accordingly. This infuriated me X10. There needs to be a better process with A. handling mail.... and B. being able to contact your employees when something goes wrong.

SLOW service! Generally understaffed. Sarah and Glenn are the most helpful and polite. Most of the other employees are less so. Today I was told that they had no package for me, even though I had a tracking # and was sure it was delivered two days ago. The service lady checked and said nope, it wasnt there. I insisted, she went back and looked a third time, and voila! Apparently "mis-filed". Lovely. What if I hadnt insisted? Our PO box also receives mail (and packages!) for the wrong people. We give it back to the desk when it shows up in our box. Overall, I do NOT recommend. Get a box anywhere else, preferably with a for-profit company that has incentive to be accurate and provide decent customer service.

In my area, the postal service is horrible! I dont receive one out of every five packages I order, only half of the envelope mail I need actually reaches me, and I keep receiving mail from addresses that arent even remotely close to me and dont resemble my address either. Ive visited the post office many times, complained, asked them questions and still never received my missing mail or any helpful answers. For some reason, the mail service in this area is absolutely horrible! If you live in the area that this post office delivers to, Id HIGHLY recommend you have your mail delivered by another carrier like Fedex or to an entirely different address thats covered by a more reliable US Post Office.
