They can get my junk mail to me everyday just fine, they just cant get my packages to me. Center Street Orem postal workers have lost several of my packages over the passed 4 years. Either Post persons are completely incompetent or just dishonest. Package scanned as delivered when not. Keys that supposedly are left in parcel lockers "magically" not there. My feeling is that they misdeliver packages all the time. I receive several packages that is not for me and I have to track down my neighbors and deliver them myself. I have called, gone into my post office, spoken to management about this problem and no one seems to know whats going on. Whats worse is no one seems to care, and absolutely no one is responsible. Myself or company sending items get stuck eating the bill... and have to arrange for alternative methods of delivery as I do not trust Orem North postal service with anything of importance.

I never ever get my packages. I live in an easy to find, simple house in the middle of Orem. They have said delivered when werent. Ect. Last week I got a package from amazon that said delivered but wasnt. But two days later an honest (thank heavens) neighbor brought it to me. We chatted, there address is NOTHING like mine.? That wasnt even the newest story. Im on here right now writing this because today I have a package that said out for delivery ALL day. Then tonight at 7pm the package got updated to Business Closed.... what?! Its my house you guys and I was home ALL day. Ugh. Just a dishonest mail carrier who was like oops so he made up a reason why he didnt deliver it. Idk. So now I have to wait two more days since its Saturday. Heres hoping that I actually get it Monday. Good luck if you live in Orem

Finally opened my mailbox after 3 weeks of no key. Sooo... Needless to say, I am pissed. Someone lost the mailbox key and I have been trying to get a new one for about 3 weeks. Ive been to the post office a total of 3 times. Each time I asked if there was any mail for us there, because we get a ton of mail. Every time they said no, its still being delivered. Didnt realize that broken, bent, and smashed meant delivered to them. Not to mention the week (2-3 days my ass) it took to get it rekeyed with no phone call saying it was ready and the week it took to get them to answer the damn phone. Also theres a box I had to open with a knife INSIDE OF THE MAILBOX THAT I STILL CANT GET OUT. Yes, the contents were broken btw. Wonderful service United States Postal Service

This is the WORST USPS in Orem. I usually dont go there but was passing by and so decided to go in and literally left after the person helping me said he couldnt give me tape to tape my package and rudely told me that if I needed tape I could buy it off the wall. He then told that my other package in a flat rate package would be the flat rate cost when I asked for the price. Obviously asking the price of that flat rate package. If you need to ship USPS bring it to the one by VASA they are much more helpful and faster! Update: I then went to the south Orem post office where they gave me tape and found me cheaper shipping. Dont go here! Go to the south one!

Incredibly slow. General attitude is that they dont want to go out of their way to help you. Came in 5 mins late one time, with a prepaid priority label. All they had to do was stick it in a prepaid envelope and send it off but they refused. Literally would have taken them a minute and nothing would have to be done on the computer or register since everything was prepaid before. Just needed them to give me the envelope from behind the counter. Ridiculous. Couldnt spare a mom (juggling a car seat and baby) a simple courtesy. all in all- slow and unhelpful people working here.

You know how it is when you just need some good, old-fashioned, warm and friendly customer service, because you have made a mistake ordering something online, and then it turns into this whole adventure trying to track your package across the country? Thank goodness for the U.S. Post Office! The postal worker was very patient, very understanding, and answered my questions in all the reassuring detail that I needed. When my package did arrive, I could not help but call back and share the happy ending with my new found friend at the post office!

Definitely the worst post office Ive been to, and Ive spent my fair share of time in post offices. Theyve marked three of my packages from Amazon as "undeliverable as addressed" even though the whole address was on the box. Not usually helpful over the phone. Horrible hours compared to other post offices. LONG lines during normal hours because theres only ever one or two people working. Wish I could move or select another post office to have my mail routed through.

Had to be the slowest place i have ever been to in my life period..... Even if their is only 2 people in line it seems to take 30mins for just shipping or asking a simple question.... When building a company their is two things speed of the representative and customer service im so aggrevated by the time i get to the front customer service becomes irrelevant memo to the goverment fire those who cant get a customer in and out when theirs no line

Tracking says my package (gift for someone) was left in a parcel box at my condo complex. There was no key in my mail box, which means it was put in someone elses box and they will get my package. I hope they are honest and bring it to me since the POST OFFICE screwed up. PAY ATTENTION TO MAIL YOU ARE DELIVERING!

They never answer their phone, the lines are incredibly long (average about 15-20 minute wait), and their reps at the counter generally are not friendly or seem happy to be there. The only reason I gave this two stars is because the last time I went in, the man who helped me actually smiled and seemed human.

We have the worst mail man ever. Weve had so many things delivered to the wrong address, damaged packages, and packages that werent delivered but said it was delivered online. And the postal service wonders why theyre bleeding money.

Never have a good experience here, sometimes its below average, but mostly way below average. And, why arent they answering their phones right now? Its not even a busy time of year, not a busy time of month, week or day...get with it.

I see some negative reviews here. My experiences here have been positive. Yes, I have had to wait in long lines here but I dont fault the postal workers for that. And to me, they have always been friendly and helpful.
