I called this office multiple times today to figure out why I havent had mail delivered for a week and why, when the carrier was in the neighborhood delivering mail to my neighbors he did not pick up my outgoing mail when flag was up. The first time I called I was told they would look into it and ask the carrier when he returned from his route. I never heard from them so I called again. I have been on hold for 30 minutes now after they asked for my address and have not heard a dang thing. It is almost closing time which makes me think they are going to blow me off until they close. They better believe I will file as many complaints as necessary to get this problem taken care of. I will speak to supervisor after supervisor until I get my mail delivered. ** I sat on hold until closing time of 530. No one ever got back to me. Instead, right at 530 the phone was picked up off of hold and then I was hung up on. VERY unprofessional. . . I am APPALLED at their lack of customer service *** another update. I was told that I should move my mail box if I want mail picked up and delivered. There are literally 4 houses out of 50+ in my neighborhood that have the mail box on the street. But LeAnn (the supervisor I spoke to) tells me that I should move my mail box so that the carrier can pick up and deliver mail. I have filed a complaint with Consumer Affairs and sincerely hope the horrible customer service issues are resolved

I called to speak with Richard, who apparently was my mail carriers supervisor, regarding a situation about my mail not being delivered for almost a week. I was polite, yet concerned. He cut me off every word I said in defense of Ed, my carrier, and demanded my address 3 times! I told him how serious the issue was as we were waiting on Medical cards and child support, that was now over a week late. He continued cutting me off telling me He has known Ed for 30 years and I was wrong! I couldnt get a word in at all! I asked for his supervisor who was conviently on vacation, and when I asked if I could please come pick up my mail at the office today, he insisted all of the carriers had left for the day! Yet, when I said, I just want the problem addressed so I get my mail..he yells for Ed, my Carrier, to come to the phone! Wow! YA...so its now what? 11/20?... I STILL DONT HAVE MY MAIL!!! I guess posting a review and talking to a Supervisor will really screw you! Time to get a PO BOX! My kids cant even go to the doctor because we STILL dont have their Nov. cards that have been returned THREE times! My address wrong? No... 5 other companies all have my address correct as well and have also had my mail returned to them.. the postal carriers have way too much power and their Supervisors do NOTHING to help you. Signed, helpless and waiting for more "junk mail".

Customer Service on the phone is terrible, but when you actually go to the office, you may get some really good service. They werent answering my phone calls, and half the time, the calls had a busy signal. So, I went to the office. There was a long line and I expected to be there for about an hour or more. However, a kind, elderly lady came and asked each person how she could help them. She was very quick, and when she got to me, she asked me how she could help. I told her my problem, which was that a package that was supposed to be delivered today (as of this review) had not been and the mail carrier had already left mail for me. She got all the information she could to help me find my package. She had to come back a couple of times to clarify and get more info, but she did everything she could to help me find that package. In the end, they couldnt find it. But, I was much happier because where I work, we are to do everything we can for the customer. She did everything she could for me, and I appreciate that. So, next time youre having troubles with this post offices phone service, go to the office itself. Also, I was only there for 35 minutes, not even close to over an hour as I had originally expected.

Words cannot describe how pissed I am. This place SUCKS and I can see why they are shutting it down. I went to get my passport documents done there, got there at 11AM & only five people were in front of me. Yet I stood in line FOR AN HOUR. No, I am no exaggerating, he was that slow. I was very polite throughout this whole thing & never complained about the wait. I was actually talking to others in line, so it wasnt too bad. But then its my turn and the best part happens. I go up there at 11:55AM and he says I dont have everything needed. So I quickly fill out the sheet & he helps the next person. I finish before he is done helping her, and after shes done I go back up. He then says "Im going to lunch now" so at that point my anger was showing. I said "I literally just waited in line for an hour." His reply? "Its not my fault you didnt print everything off." WHAT? Are you serious? What kind of customer service skills are those? He was older with grey hair and I seriously hope his job is gone after they close this place down. Ive never had an employee be so incredibly rude and uncaring. No, it wasnt his fault, but his lack of empathy was disturbing. If you hate people that much then do something else.

I decided to help my friend sell something on eBay out of the goodness of my heart (commission free) and shipped the $150 worth of product, very carefully as I always do, using USPS here in Provo. After the buyer contacted me several times saying that the package was headed to the wrong place via the tracking number we were given, I contacted the USPS only to be told repeatedly that it would be turned around and sent to the correct destination (they confirmed that I had properly written and calculated the shipping, mind you). After another week of biting my nails and my kind eBay buyer asking about the package repeatedly and requesting we set a time by which to refund him, I called USPS again, after waiting for their call, which never came in the time they specified for it. This time I was told that somehow their system spat out the wrong tracking number. Now they are saying I probably wont be able to claim the insurance and all sort of crap. I am extremely disappointed in this place. With two uncles that work for the Postal Service, I wish I could get behind it. But I will no longer ship anything through them. They have been complete monsters about this. Doing next to nothing to resolve it.

If I could give this place 0 Stars I absolutely would. I went to pick up my new iPhone 6 from them because I was at work when they attempted to deliver it to my house. I get there at literally 5:30pm and some grumpy old worker with hair almost to his shoulders closes the door and locks it right in my face. I then showed him the letter that showed they had tried to deliver my package. He cracks open the door and said that they were closed. I explained the situation and said I wouldnt be able to pick it up for a few days if I didnt pick it up then. In a condescending manner, he basically said "youre going to have to wait." He then said he the main reason I couldnt pick it up was because he couldnt make exceptions for the "20 other people that would try and do the same thing." This made me even more upset due to the fact I was the ONLY person there. After he denied me I waited there for 10 minutes just to see how many people actually did try and go inside and there wasnt a single person. If I was there 20 seconds earlier I would have been fine, but the fact this guy took pleasure in denying my request really does not sit well with me.
