I keep getting packages and mail that are supposed to go to other addresses from this post office! I have had carriers deliver my packages to other addresses and it is aggravating that I have to worry about my important mail and packages not being delivered to me--I have no recourse because they are marked as delivered when tracked! No one answers the phone either! I called and it said the wait time would be 40 minutes. I finally hung up after an hour and twelve minutes of waiting. There is an older woman there with white hair that is disrespectful and very rude! I dread going there and when I must do so, I try to avoid interacting with her. This is a terrible post office and I beseach them to at the very least deliver packages and mail to the correct addresses!

This is the 3rd time in the past 2 months that my packages were deemed "undeliverable". I am still waiting for the the notice from this set of packages. They showed they made it to the Park Ave Post Office on 12/22/15 BUT something happened between then and now 12/31/15...no notice...nothing. Christmas packages with the PO Box number and no one will answer the Old Town phone or the Park Avenue. I have been charged for these items, and yet no one cares because its not money out of their pocket. I have had problems over the years BUT nothing like this. I just need help in getting my packages!!!

No one ever answers the phone. And if by some miracle they do you will be put on hold with no one ever picking up again. This is the worst customer service in a place that should embrace it. No wonder USPS is suffering. You can leave a message, and leave a message, and leave a message but no one will call you back. The office is huge yet there only seems to ever be one person working. Therefore, service is excruciatingly slow. If I can avoid this post office I do. FYI Its faster to use the post at Kimball Junction.

This is the rudest staff at a post office i have ever seen. They frequently label packages as "undeliverable" and have them returned to the sender. They never make an attempt to call the number on the order. If you ask a question, you get berated as if you were some sort of idiot that should already know all the fine detail of the postal delivery process and their internal operations. I wish i could tell every shipper never to use them, but unfortunately, i am stuck dealing with these people frequently

Bad experience with a lady called Jessie,i understood i t was my bad to misplace a little sheet saying article too large for the box but she looked overwhelmed saying that she doesnt have time ,I understood and left but i was surprised that she kept talking to me all the way to the exit. My Job is about taking care of customers too but i would not imagined telling someone that i do not have time.

SO SAD.. Mailed Wedding Announcements from this post office. They were NEVER delivered. And I cant reach anyone at any post office in Park City. Recordings and Fax Machines. HOW does this happen? State of the art, nice and new and gorgeous post office with no mail service? There are not words to describe my anger right now.

Absolute incompetence. I was told my packages were not at the post office when I went on Wednesday. When I returned on Monday I was given extreme exasperated attitude and told the packages were, in fact, at the post office but that they had returned them on Friday because they could only hold peoples packages for a few days.

The worst postal service We have ever experienced. frequently mark packages as un-deliverable for a slight mispelling in the name. Wont answer the phone and it rolls over to a fax. Have received several letters have destroyed by the machinery along with a standard apology letter attached. Its a sad day in America

They said my package was undeliverable, even though everything was fine. Then they wouldnt answer their telephone. It either rang and rang or went to an offensive high-pitched screech! This is one of the examples of why folks hate the postal service! How do these people keep their jobs?

Worst. post office. ever. Twice in the past 4 months, they have lost packages of mine, and marked them as delivered. abysmal service, impossible to reach over the phone. The first one showed up at my door mysteriously several weeks ago, after having written it off. The second, who knows...

Horrible! Scheduled redelivery, never delivered! Sometimes neglect to leave a notice slip that they attempted to deliver. Did not hold my mail correctly when I requested them to hold it! They are rude to their customers as well! By far the worst post office I have ever encountered!

Understaffed. They dont answer their phone. When you move they dont forward your mail (even when you submit the form). They just give it to the next person who rents your box. Totally incompetent! Rent a box at the UPS Store. This place sucks!

Great customer service, but they need a self serve kiosk. I was told that they dont have the traffic flow to qualify for a kiosk, EVERYBODY FILL OUT THE ONLINE SURVEY TO ASK FOR A KIOSK SO THEIR CORPORATE LOCATION WILL GRANT IT!

THESE PEOPLE MUST HATE THEIR JOBS, THEY ARE SO RUDE. MY PACKAGE WAS LOST 3 WEEKS AGO AND I HAVENT HEARD FROM THEM SINCE. THE WAITING LINE WAS 45 MINUTES THE FIRST TIME I WENT IN. THEY DONT ANSWER THE PHONES. THEY ARE A JOKE!!!
