I feel the employees are under a lot of stress. They are friendly, but worn out. They are understaffed and the lines are always out the door. People retire or quit and they can not replace them. You see the same people trying to sort mail in the back and run to the front to help customers. Also, my mail is frequently misplaced and put in my neighbors boxes. Many days it is not delivered until 6:00 pm or later (I have even had mail not be delivered at one day, then get double mail the next). I own a business out of my home and am constantly asking my neighbors if they have gotten my mail. Many times I have had to have the business I work with re-issue checks, because they have been lost in the mail. It is February and I just received a Christmas card from Provo that was sent in December! Not good! Another problem, Pleasant Grove, American Fork and Orem post offices take their phones off the hook in the afternoon, so they all ring busy until the next day. Our post offices need more help!!!!

This post office SUCKS! Our business just moved to our new location in Lindon, and due to that, we get the pleasure of dealing this ridiculous location. It has been a nightmare trying to get USPS here to pickup our packages on a daily schedule. The first two weeks took probably half a dozen calls at least to get our pickup on the schedule. When they finally started picking up from our business, the regular driver is awesome to deal with, and comes daily. HOWEVER, if the regular driver is gone, then its back to the crap shoot pickup schedule. (Maybe once or twice a week if that) I have been trying to call them lately to see what is up, and it seems like there phones are down, and never ring. If and when they pickup the phone, they are often rude or disrespectful. If it was up to me, I would try to get the American Fork location we used to deal with to pickup for us. This location is a joke.

The Pleasant Grove post office is the definition of incompetent. The have been mistakenly delivering our mail to the houses (with the same house number) 2, 3, and 4 block north of us for as long as we have lived here. So much so, that we have come to know the other houses very well, and every time we see one of them at our door we know exactly why they are there... fixing the post offices delivery mistakes! We return the favor to them as well. Its a minor annoyance at times, but when you are expecting an important time sensitive delivery it is incredibly frustrating!!! It would be simple for them to fix too: mail carriers need to check the address before dropping the mail! I remember seeing the Payson mail carriers doing that as a kid. I cant believe this post office can get away with this level of poor workmanship. It is just plain laziness. I am Sooo tired of it!!

The most incompetent people ever. Ive had nothing but problems with mail but especially packages. One package had marked as delivered but then they said they couldnt deliver it because passage to house was blocked. I spoke with the post master and he said they would redeliver the next day. No delivery made. I actually saw the courrier and he said he didnt have it but that it would be delivered the next day. Still no delivery. I contacted the post office and they said the package was returned to sender. I even had another package from the same vendor the week before without any problems so I know the package had the correct address. Ive discussed the multiple problems weve had with the post office manager without any success. Just had another package that stated delivered but not received. This makes at least 20 different packages that have been lost.

Im rarely the person to post bad reviews, and even if I have a bad experience I give that place the benefit of the doubt before it leads to a bad review. Especially the post office, because I feel they are put under a lot of pressure. HOWEVER, the past few times Ive gone to this post office, either the self-service or the self-drop package box were locked and unusable. If nothing else, you should be able to rely on the post offices self service right?! Yeah, not here. I keep trying to give them the benefit of the doubt, but Ive been left frustrated too often. Its not worth the location factor for me anymore, Im willing to drive farther to the American Fork post office to get it done faster and more efficiently. Ive been given up hope on the Pleasant Grove post office. :(

I believe this is the best USPS Ive ever experienced. Coming from Las Vegas I know how terrible a post office could be due to the size of its population and lack of workers. Not only does the PG location have more than one person working but they move quickly. Ive gone on many occasions and its the same people doing the same things (their best). Set yourself up for success by utilizing the tool given (the peak times tool) to know when and when NOT to go and try not to be rude to the poor guys and gals behind the counter. Youd be surprised what a friendly smile and common courtesy would get you. In a nutshell Ive never had any problems, I enjoy the workers and my packages arrive on time. What more could you want from a post office.

Wow. We havent been receiving mail for 2 weeks now. Call in to get it figured out and spoke with Ron. Cannot believe the amount of disrespect in that phone call. My husband had called in earlier to find out what was going on and had spoken with Ron and he was extremely unhelpful. Pretty much just told us that its too bad that we arent receiving our mail and that they arent going to do anything about it. Then I spoke with crystal. More kind but still just a very unhelpful process. If they were in my shoes they would be concerned. Bills come in the mail. Its Christmas!!! I have things I need to receive. Just very disappointed with this post office. I work in Customer Service. I know how to treat a client. That was unreal.

Absolute incompetents who dont seem to care when they lose things. I wasnt home when they tried to deliver a package, so I went to the post office the next day to pick it up as per their instructions. They couldnt find it. I tried again the next day, and the next day; they still couldnt find it, and they hadnt been able to contact the carrier. Five days after the delivery attempt they finally talk to the carrier, and he/she has no clue. After four days of bureaucratic hell they dont have the decency to acknowledge that theyve lost the package -- instead they give me the number of consumer affairs and tell me to complain to them... so I have to waste even more of my time on the phone with more bureaucratic runaround!

Absolute WORST post office.. Slowest damn people on the planet, when it takes an hour to mail a package something is wrong. The staff all seem to have their heads in cloud because they certainly are not with it.. Also, the mail delivery to our home address sucks. The mail man will drive right past our house because a vehicle is parked by or near our mailbox. Living by a school we get a lot of pedestrians parking around our home, the mail man said it is to much of an Inconvince for him to get out and place the mail in the box. To think they wonder why the USPS system is broke. Its because of places like this one. Avoid it at all costs.
