I walked in AutoVaun to ask how much it would cost to replace the lower arm brushings on a 99 Buick Century. The same day a different auto center, who changed my oil, had said they were cracked and would cost about $650 to replace and install them. I wanted to shop around for the best value and I went to AutoVaun to compare and I am glad I did! The owner of AutoVaun came out and talked with me and had me drive my car into his shop and we both looked at the arm brushings together. He showed me that they did not need to be replaced and that the other auto center was trying to rip me off. He also took the opportunity to clean the underside, which just had an oil change by that other auto center, and had oil everywhere. He did not charge me a penny for this great service. The owner told me even in oil changes he directs his mechanics to clean up after, which this other auto center did not. I was contemplating of selling this car because of so many "repairs" that needed to be done, but AutoVaun truly will only do the repairs that are truly warranted. He saved me a lot of money and stress. This is the most honest and trustworthy business in the auto service industry in the entire valley! I would recommend AutoVaun to anyone.

There are lots of repair shops much closer to my house, but I always trust AutoVaun to give me straight advice, do quality work, and charge a fair price. If you follow every last recommendation in your owners manual (depending on the make and model) you will go broke. Vaun is very forthright about when something is a safety issue, when something that isnt in the owners manual needs to be done (such as something brought on by the very hot weather in Arizona), or when something is fine as is. I keep cars for a long time, and he has kept mine going for a long time without lots of unneeded work. Even when Ive had a big expense, I felt that he was giving the best advice (such as getting a factory rebuilt transmission instead of trying to fix the old one).

Moved to area 5 years ago; was concerned about finding a reliable, reasonable, honest auto repair shop. Got it with Autovaun! Been taking both older Volvos there; much better rates than using a dealership. They are very good at troubleshooting and making only needed repairs or service and finding hard to get parts. No pushing the bill up. Only had one issue that was resolved quickly and fairly. Had another problem with failed emissions test. Autovaun not only made one small fix that was needed but took the vehicle back to the testing station and confronted the manager there about an erroneous "defect." that really didnt exist. Now, thats service you can trust! Highly recommend.

Our family has taken our cars to Autovaun for about ten years. They have always been courteous and personable. We are very protective of our vehicles and the team at Autovaun are too. They are extremely fair in their pricing. They recommend any maintenance that should be considered while also providing an explanation to the effects on the vehicle if the service is not performed and or how long (distance) until it will become a problem. In other words, they are hyper-vigilant about customer costs. Josh, you and your team are awesome!

They filled my AC with freon and put in a dye that would let them know where the leak was. Since it was leaking I had them fix the ac. While there they noted my check engine light was on, explained to me it was most likely the catalytic converter and called the dealer finding out it was still under warranty. He told me to have them run a diagnostic. Sure enough, the catalytic converter needed to be replaced and everything was covered. I really appreciate Autovaun for going above and beyond to help me out like that.

My father had his alternator replaced. There was a misunderstanding between the staff & my father. We were not very happy. The owner was not available to complain to because he was out of town. As soon as the owner got back to town he called and discussed the issue calmly & reasonably. He was able to accommodate us and we came to a solution that made everyone happy. I would whole heartedly recommend AutoVaun to my friends. It is a pleasure to do business with people who are truly honorable.

Care (oil change/maintenance) for our two vehicles. "Service with a smile." Over the past few years Autovaun has taken care of pop-up problems with our vehicles (Camry and Buick... older models) with fair prices, timely service and a family attitude that beckons us back...and we go. I trust these folks... and thats not an easy thing to do nowadays with car repair shops...whether it be at dealerships, franchises or independents.... YUP... highly recommended! Thanks Autovaun!!

We have been going to Autovaun for years, they are outstanding. They are not a discount service center so do not expect to save money over a dealership, but they are truly honest, there have been many times where a dealer told me one thing, with multiple items needing to be replaced and at a huge expense and autovaun found and repaired the actual single broken part. We have never had an issue with any work done and all the repairs have lasted us.

I love this place! I usually do my own car work but every so often I need a mechanic and AutoVaun is incredible. They have excellent rates, customer service (they go so far beyond my expectations, Im amazed), and workers. Their mechanics are top notch and know what theyre doing. Poor business practices and worse customer service! the owner ought to go to jail for some of the things he tries to get away with! His hourly rate is absurd and there are plenty of mechanics in Mesa that will charge less and get the job done in half the time. As for myself, my family and my friends, we will never use Autovaun again!
