I have been using these nice folks to do all of my oil changes and as needed emergency repairs for the past four years. As the odometer has climbed from 150,000 to 204,000 miles they have been there for the repairs for the items that fail at twice the age of the expected warranted life from the manufacturer. Service has always been fast, mostly same day, or next day if I came in late in the day, never have had a problem after they get done working, on the ones they find. They have not tried to up sale me stuff I didnt need done. Nice personable people and they seem to get along well together as a team, recommended them to my daughter and friends. Shop is clean and orderly, seem to have all the tools they need to get the job done.

This is the first auto shop that has ever seen repeat business from me and its because honest, hard working techs are working there. The pricing is competitive. My car was there for routine maintenance. Good intentions and initiative lead to an honest mistake, and that left me needing new headlights. They didnt try to make up any excuses. They owned up to the mistake and did the right thing. They just replaced my headlights for free. (BTW, we are talking about the reflector and lens assemblies, and not just the bulbs.) Their commitment to service is noteworthy and they will continue to receive my business. This is a place I would recommend.

A year and a half ago, I ripped my transmission pan off my bug and it wasnt drivable, RAD had my VW bug towed to their location. They had me in and out in less that four hours with a same day appointment and at a fraction of what the dealership would have charged to fix it. Now today I redirected my cousin to them after she received an inflated quote from a major car dealership in the valley. RAD took care of it in under 2 hours and got the work that actually needed to be done completed at a very fraction of the dealer costs. I trust these guys and refer everyone I know to them. Absolutely amazing. And awesome customer service too!

Dawn is amazing. Second car Ive brought here. Customer service is awesome. Took my Jeep liberty in for front brakes. Just got back pads and rotors replaced about 2 months ago by Brake Masters. Or so I thought! They checked my back brakes and my rotors were brand new with the same old pads. Rad replaced my back rotors and took pictures as evidence of the bad job and told me to demand a refund from brake masters. And they gave me a discount on the front brake job and back pads. I am definitely going back to Brake Masters and getting. My money back for a half assed job!

These guys will take care of you... I have been taking my car to the guys at RAD for the last year now and wouldnt go anywhere else. I have had issues with my car and they were able to address them right away. They also make sure the job is done right. I had my fuel pump issue and the work ended up being incomplete; took it back in and they made sure it was looked at again and done right. Hard to find a good auto place like this, dont go anywhere else. I now live in Glendale and still have these guys make sure my car is running smooth... I dont go anywhere else.

Dawn and Rod gave me some of the best service experience and most professional technicans available around town Jeff ,Ray and the crew are on there game 99% Time. I happen to be with a local independent Automotive dealer in Mesa Area and I send All my cars plus All my customers cars there and hands down the best place in town to get the best bang for your buck with honest and excellent customer service money can buy. Absolutely Recommend them to anyone looking to have there Car service.

We found Rod and Dawn (RAD) almost 2 years ago by chance when our car overheated. They prioritized us seeing as we were stranded. Had the car diagnosed and replaced one hose in an hour. ...Had to take my Moms Car in for Service with a Myriad of issues. John not only was professional and personable, he is SUPER TECH SAVVY!!!! PLUS the whole place is CLEAN!!! With NO Greasy Car smells and Grime!!! Women can Actually wait comfortably in the nice waiting area (WITH WIFI!!) and Even the BATHROOMS are Clean!!! The Best of BOTH worlds with Owners R and D being Male and Female Partners!!! AS is WELL. CONTINUED Success to You ALL!!!

Just purchased an older truck, gave RAD a try since just moved to area. They were upfront and honest. My truck has a whining noise coming from the engine area and needed a tune-up. Prices were very realistic. When came to whining noise, they told me it was more than likely a belt (serpentine). After a full inspection they came back and told me all of my belts are in good shape and do not need to be replaced. I will come back to RAD

I went in for an oil change and they got me in right away and I really needed that. I was very impressed with the turnaround time I was in and out under 30 minutes and everybody there was very friendly and helpful. I dont live in the area I live in Casa Grande but I work up there, and I will definitely make sure every time I oil needs to be changed I will do it at RAD!!! I was very pleased with everything.

You may be skeptical, but all of these 5 star reviews are truly deserved - I have to add my raving review as well. These guys are friendly, fair, and actually fixed my problem! Ive been to a few different places for an intermittent electrical problem and these guys were the only ones who took the time to do something besides replace the battery AGAIN. I finally have a good mechanic I can recommend.

I came here to have my check engine light figured out and a complete look over on my Nissan Maxima. Dan took the time to go over everything with me, pricing out each item and fixing the check engine problem along with my power steering leak. They were very courteous and respectful. I will definitely be coming back and recommending this place for any auto work.

Went in on a Saturday morning to get some repair work done. They could not have been nicer while I waited. They got my car done and it runs so beautifully now! I would suggest making an appointment. They are much busier than I thought they would be. They did an excellent job on my car and at a very fair price! I would reccommend them to anyone.
