UPDATE - Brent, the assistant manager, went above and beyond to make sure that the problems with my vehicle were all taken care of. He even fixed things that were not a part of the issue. If you have an issue this is the guy to talk to... Great guy and highly recommend!!! I was referred here by a friend to have some work done on my vehicle. I paid approx. $2500 to have my suspension and steering all rebuilt as well as installing a high pressure hose. I had to bring my car back a few days later as there was a giant puddle of power steering fluid under my car. Having all my suspension and steering rebuilt my car should be driving great, but its not =( My car wants to drift so much that I often change lanes now by just letting go of the steering wheel. My car is very unstable now and actually drove better before having any work done. I also get vibration and an occasional clicking sound when turning the steering wheel. The clicking happens even when my car is at a dead stop when it does it. I brought my car back a second time and was told nothing was wrong with the work they did. Sorry but there is something wrong!!!! My car should not want to pull into other lanes!!!!! They tried to say it was probably my tires or something else. I also just bought new rims and tires and had discount tire check them a second time to make sure they were balanced correctly and nothing was wrong with my tires. It is really hard for me to bring my car in as I work 12 hour days, so every time I have to drop it off I have to pay for a ride to and from work costing me extra $$. I am EXTREMELY disappointed with the work that was done on my vehicle and just want it fixed, especially after I paid $2500 =(

Took my 04 saturn vue which I purchased one week earlier to network. After taking it to Earnhardt Chevrolet a day earlier for an oil change. My ABS light and TRACTION CONTROL light was on Earnhardt told me it was a sensor and would cost $535 I told him Ill pass. NOW COME THE FUN PART called Network told them the problem quoted $245 said Im in. Brought the Vue in the next day the replaced the sensor everything was ok but the lights stayed on. Jack told me they were geting another reading something else was a problem. We talked about whst it could be he explained to me one of two different things could be the problem. In any case either one would be $1600 seeing I only paid $5000 for the Vue I didnt think it was worth doing seeing the car is staying in arizona. Dont think I need abs and traction control here. So Jack said I will put the old sensor back on. I was confused at that point but Im old and easily swayed nowdays. When it was done Jack comes up to me after working on the Vue for 3 hrs hands me my keys and I asked him how much do I owe you . (NOTHING WE COULDNT FIX IT SO I CANT CHARGE YOU) I almost fell over. Ive bern retired since 2010 spent 26 yrs in the auto business as a finance mgr. So Ive been around for my money if anyone reading this article knows someone who needs their car fixed. THIS IS A ONCE IN A LIFTIME TO GET AN HONEST BANG FOR YOUR BUCK. I will be back and recommend this place always

I, like many others, never bother to write positive reviews. We only ever write reviews when something goes wrong and were pissed off, right? Well I decided that I wanted to make up for that. My family has been using Network Automotive for years now, and we have always been very happy with the service. Most recently I took in my Saab 9000 (not an easy car to find parts for!) for a couple different issues. Because of the rarity of Saabs and Saab parts here in AZ, it took a little longer than normal to find the parts and get everything fixed. However, they were very good about communicating with me on the progress of my vehicle. Regarding my most recent repairs from them, they thought they had completely solved my fuel problem. However, whether they didnt notice it the first time, or my nearly 18 year old filler neck finally gave out after my car was returned to me, it was still leaking fuel. I could smell the leak when I drove with my windows down, but never saw any fluid. I took the Saab back in next chance I got, and after searching for replacement parts, they returned my car to me free of charge. Not only do they do quality work, and in a timely manner, but they are also willing to correct any oversight on their part. I would definitely recommend these guys!

I have been working with Network Automotive for several years. I found them by chance . My fuel pump went out on Power and Baseline I called a tow truck they took me to a shop by Chandler airport the shop had my truck apart my fuel tank laying in the dirt . I told them to just put it together and I will take it . Up on picking it up the check engine light was on at that time they told me it was going to cost me another 1800.00 on top of the 650.00 I spent to replace the fuel pump they told me my injectors were bad. So then on my way home to Queen Creek I saw a Network Automotive sign so I pulled in and ask if they had time to take a look at my truck. They said that they could so I dropped it off and 30 minutes later I get a call and they said my truck was ready . And I said are you sure I am the right customer they said you are . So then I asked how much they said 60.00 I said that is it . They said the shop my truck came from had pinched a wire at the intake and it was grounding out . So they fixed it and changed the air filter. The could have easily said there was something else wrong and charged me more . The Websters run the most Honest repair shop I have ever been to. Thank you Scott, Derrik and Sean !

I have had good experiences with this Network Automotive in the past. They have always been very competitive with their pricing and have always resolved any problems with my vehicle. I recently brought my 98 Silverado to them to fix the AC. I told Dan that I thought their was an electrical problem. He had a tech look at it and said that it was just a bad compressor and it would be about $900 to replace which seemed a little pricey but I knew they were a good honest shop so I told them to go ahead. When I picked the truck up almost instantly I realized it was still not working right. When I got home I looked at it and realized there was definitely still a problem with the electrical. I was pretty upset and called Network Automotive and told them the problem. Dan told me to bring the truck back in and he ended up having to replace the AC control box which is a $200 part. He did not charge me ANYTHING for labor or materials. I was very happy to see a shop willing to do this for its customers. I wish the problem was found the first time I brought the truck in but I was very happy that Dan went above and beyond to help me out.
