July 16, 2014 Last March of 2014, my neighbor backed into the front of my Nissan Sentra which badly damaged the front bumper, part of the hood, and the headlight assembly. I had Lovetts Body Shop repair the damage, as my American Family Insurance agent in Scottsdale recommended Lovetts very highly and said they were one of the two body shops authorized by American Family that would be covered under my insurance plan. I was extremely impressed with Denise Ellert, the General Manager, and was very pleased, not only because when it was done my bumper and hood repair made the front of my car look like it was a brand new automobile! And......they didnt install a brand new bumper, but they actually repaired and painted it. Denise was very thorough in regard to the whole process from beginning to end and made my experience at Lovetts very pleasant, which, as most of know, is not always the case when having vehicles repaired! She was very friendly and most gracious! Also, the job was done very quickly and whatever she told me regarding the time element about how long it would take, etc., was right on target. She also made the arrangements for the rental vehicle at Enterprise so I only needed to show up and drive it home. I would highly recommend Lovetts Body Shop to anyone looking for a top notch body shop repair.

Well damn. I thought lovetts had repaired my car correctly and it turns out not. Their mechanic is incompetent and put on my endlinks without spacers AT ALL and in the wrong adjustment holes, they didnt even match up what holes where in what side, and the nights were able to be backed off BY HAND. wonderfully enough this fried my ball joint knuckles and my wheel bearings creating a serious safety risk. Thankfully the endlinks failed before any more damage was done by their sheer incompetence. STAY AWAY.

This is the premier body shop in the valley, bar none. I was rear ended and took my car here and it was the smoothest, quickest, and friendliest process. My car was fixed in 2 days and they were in constant communication with me. My car was returned washed, detailed, and vacuumed. Apparently thats the norm for every car! Cant say enough good things about them, if I ever need work again this will be the first place I go. Dont forget to say hi to their chihuahua!

Personalized Service! I took my car for bumper replacement and by the next day, the part was in, the car prepped, and my car was ready in no time. The staff is friendly and professional, and anyone walking in will get a nice welcome by Lola. Lola even brought me one of her dog toys while I waited. A pleasant experience, indeed!

My friend had recommended me to Lovetts after having their car taken care of here. I was rear ended in Feb so my cars bumper and exhaust needed to be replaced. I took my vehicle here and Warren was very helpful and professional in handling my car. I got my car back after a week and it looked like new. I highly recommend Lovetts!

Vicky and her team did a great job! I took my 2005 Cadillac that was backed into in a parking lot. Lovetts was recommended by my state farm agent. They offer rental car service right there! They fixed it quickly and the job was superb! I would highly recommend!
