Abra is very busy and it may take a while to get your car in, very annoying but most good shops have that problem. Once my car got in for repair, they worked quickly, and called with status updates. These were delivered by the tech working on my car; he always knew exactly what was going, and was able to answer all my questions. I am very pleased with the quality of the work performed. My work was covered 100% by insurance, so I cannot comment on cost. My only complaint are the canned corporate texts the parent company sends. Even the tech told me "those are not accurate. Dont pay attention to them." I got one saying my car was almost repaired, when it was still awaiting disassembly. I give 4 stars because ABRA needs to stop sending these stupid meaningless texts. Otherwise they have a great system and I will use them again if I need a body shop again.

My insurance company uses this shop as a preferred vendor, so thats why we chose them. The actual work ABRA did was GREAT. The car, the paint job, the body work looks fantastic. Im so pleased. BUT. The work needing to be done was not that extensive (one door needed to be replaced, one side painted) and our car was in the shop five weeks, which was three weeks longer than they told us it would be. We also had to return the car at one point because there were issues resulting from the repair that didnt exist before or after the accident. Phillip was our main contact, and he was fantastic. He was friendly, nice, and seemed to really care about getting us our car back quickly and done right. Bernie, the lady at the entrance desk was really awful and rude every time we had to interact with her.

Great job on the repair and paint, and it holds up months later. Return of car was delayed a couple times, and I stood around for several minutes for help once, but it wasnt a big deal. Id recommend this place. Update: I raised from 4 to 5 stars. The second time I went there was 0 delay in service and they honored a lifetime warranty by replacing a bumper and painting an area a different ABRA location had done, which started to peel due to a faulty bumper (not their fault).

This is the walmart of body shops when it comes to collision repair! Sloppy work, lack of attention to detail, and they damaged my car while there for repairs. The manager will insist that you give them a 10 on their survey despite their horrible work because "it reflects negatively on their pay..." This was elevated to corporate and I advised my insurance company to stop recommending them as a "preferred" repair facility.

Should have listened when someone called this the Walmart option. It really is. They dont call like they say they will. They lose your parts (and then as a courtesy to save face repair the car for free -like in my case). They forget to paint things before telling you to come get your car. They leave off pieces before telling you to come get your car. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!

Terrible service. They lied to me about what they fixed on my car. The paint job was terrible and started chipping immediately. They kept sending me messages updating me on the progress of my car after I had picked it up. I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy

I had nothing but an amazing experience here. They got my car in and fixed in less than two days and I worked directly with the manager who was amazing. He worked with me with my insurance and helped with everything I needed. I would recommend this place to anyone.

They got my car in very quick and fixed it fast. The receptionist did a very good job explaining things, but was not very friendly, very off putting, I got the impression she wanted to be left alone so she could just do her job.
