Sep[tember 28 2015 I have a mixed review for Autonation Collision Center WORK: The work doen to my car was good. The minor repair to the bumper and replacement tail lamp was done correctly, no issues so far. The recpetionist and fornt office staff were very professional. I have no issue witht he front end of the busienss. ISSUE: I ahd two items stolen from y vehicle when in their possession. I had am ANKAR 2 position USB charger adapter and a Harkins 2015 T-shirt (where you get a free medium popcorn each time you present it) taken. Both of these items were not easily seen,.and an idividual would have to have spent tiem in the car to know where they were. The 12V DC adapter is in the center console which would have been accessed when doing the work. The T-Shirt was in a cloth bag in the back seat. It would be good to have the items replaced, total cost is $45.00.

Based on past experiences with other collision centers, AutoNation proved to be a all-round pleasant experience. The receptionist handled the required paperwork efficiently at both the intake and release. The assigned service advisor, Bryant Stodola, demonstrated an understanding for both my time issues and repair concerns. Considering that I was having repairs on a 2016 vehicle with only a few thousand miles on it, I wanted a "like new" restoration on the final outcome. I felt this was accomplished with no discernable different between the original new vehicle and the repair. Im a very picky design engineer who would recommend this facility.

AutoNation Collision center was a preferred place to work with our insurance, and after checking other reviews of other places I decided to come here. Very easy, in and out within a few days. They are great with communication and Im very pleased with the work. I was told I would get another email to give an internal review but never received one. I would be happy to do so.

Ive been waiting on my car for a month now. I was told it would be done June 9th. Everyday I get told one excuse after another. Today I was told that it only had to be washed and I would get a call by the end of the work day to pick it up. I have not heard anything and Im pretty sure tomorrow is going to be another excuse.

WE NEEDED A REPAIR/REPLACEMENT OF A BUMPER AND ONLY HAD 3 DAYS PRIOR TO LEAVING FOR VACATION FOR 2 1/2 MONTHS. REPAIR WAS COMPLETED WITHIN 2 DAYS AND WAS GREAT. THIS IS THE BEST SERVICE ON A REPAIR THAT WE HAVE HAD. GREAT GROUP AND SUCH PLEASANT RECEPTIONIST AND STAFF. THEY ARE THE TOPS.
