If I could give them a negative zero, I would definitely do it. The guy didnt even bother to give me his name screamed at me and made me feel like I am screwing him up hang up with me while on a conversation. Apparently if they cant deal with an argument from customer they would just drop the call from you. Worst customer service I have ever dealt with. It was about a wrong part that got painted through them. I was told that they should have known that it was a wrong part before have it painted. The guy said that he never saw the car (which is true) never had the vin number but I told him that the vin number is on the invoice. He yelled and told me "I dont care, and Im not going to get anything out of it and Im just wasting his time". I called back and told him that he gave me the worst customer service and that Ill put it on review. He slammed the phone again. They would not work on a deal with a screwed customer.

Today we had Jesse Sorensen come and replace one of our employees windshield. When he entered our office he noticed the broken glass in our parking lot and inquired about it. I told him we had one of our company vehicle window replaced. He offered to not only clean up the broken window mess in our parking lot, but go the extra mile, and pop off the door panel to vacuum inside too! What an excellent example of customer service and it wasnt his company that left the mess! Very impressive!!

The below review about this shop being scammers is totally uncalled for. Yes, T&S is expensive. The reason... their work is as good as it gets and they pride themself and perform outstanding work. You can go elsewhere and get your vehicle fixed cheaper, but in the end, you get what you pay for. If you want cheap, go to the cheap shops. if you want perfection and the best, go to the best and thats what you pay for.

As a small business owner it is always a delight to have great service. The technician, Marshall, even replaced parts that were left out on a previous repair without being asked. Nancy, the manager, was very helpful as well. I would highly recommend this company for any glass needs.
