This place is crooked and we will never go back there. My wife went up there yesterday because the spark plugs needed to be changed, Steve and his manager refused to put the new spark plugs in, I called up there and asked them nicely to please put the new spark plugs in and they still refused. My wife was told by a muffler guy in town that she needed to have new spark plugs put in because the truck was not running right on Wednesday. My wife ended up going to another auto shop where they put the new plugs in and she was shown that 6 of spark plugs that came out were bosh 4 platinum plugs and 2 were the cheap Autolite spark plugs so, the plugs were not changed out at the last time when the spark plugs were replaced. Steve was just to lazy to change the spark plugs and he did not put them in right because our truck was misfiring due to his mistake. Never go to Summit Collision Center to have work done because they will screw you over.

Summit Collision Center has repaired several vehicles for me and I was amazed that the work was done right the first time. I have used several other body shops in town and have had to take my vehicle back numerous times to fix things that should have been done the first time, and I usually had to schedule weeks in advance. Summit doesnt cut any corners and the repairs are beautiful. Not only that, but my vehicle was being worked on the same week I called. I would take my vehicles to them anytime and would refer everyone I know to them. I could not be happier and my wife loved the orange rose. Thank you Summit for the pride you take in your workmanship. Steve, thank you for bending over backwards to help get my vehicle back on the road as quickly as possible. A+ to a wonderful Helena business.

I found the people at Summit Collision to be extremely professional and considerate. We had our Tahoe in after an encounter with a deer and all repairs were done in a timely manner and the car looked great. When we arrived to pick it up we noticed a crack in the windshield that was not there when we dropped it off. The windshield had several rock chips in it and it was obvious that it was no fault of summit collision that the crack developed while the vehicle was in their care. Nevertheless a new windshield was installed at summits expense even with the knowledge of the windshields existing poor condition. I feel that they went above and beyond to insure customer satisfaction and I would definitely recommend Summit Collision to anyone looking for an honest and professional experience.

After a collision with a deer in July 2017, north of Wolf Creek, MT , our van was taken to Summit Collision Center in Helena for repairs. They worked above and beyond what was required of them to have our van completed before the rental vehicle was due. I was so impressed every time I called from Alberta (our vacation destination) with the friendliness and willingness to help from the staff there. They did an excellent job with repairs and our van runs and works well again. I would recommend them to anyone. We had no recommendation for repairs and just chose them. They were a good choice to make our vacation more pleasant after a bad experience.

Steve, the owner at Summit Collision was very helpful in dealing with my very unusual insurance claim. He was there to answer all my questions and explaining to the insurance people the nature of the damage done to my truck. He continued to follow up and help even though his shop was not going to be doing the repair work. I would definitly go to him when I do need body work repair in the future.

The staff at Summit Collision was very helpful, and wonderful to work with! Very good customer service. When I stopped in to get an estimate, the parts were ordered the same day and fixed within a few days! The staff was very informative and walked me through what was wrong with my truck, and what was all involved in correcting the problems. I would recommend Summit Collision to anyone!

I have never had a worse detail done on my car. They did not wash the windows, wipe inside of vents, wipe seats in the back, etc. It looked like they spent no time on it at all. And even though they say "satisfaction guaranteed" they dont mean it. I was not satisfied at all and they have done nothing but ignore my objections. I would never take my car back here.

My honda was hit in a parking lot and yep nobody stayed. Steve at summit took care of everything. My insurance agent, rental and by the time I got my car back it was lovely. all detailed out and the finishing touch... the orange rose of pride on my dash. thank you summit. recommendations??? most definately!
