I went to Moe Allen after my car accident. They were right down the street so I figured why not they had good reviews, before I realized they only had two but it was at the scene of the accident when I was searching for them anyways. They wouldnt do the work it was pathetic. They did a dignostic once and kept pushing back saying the car is fine. So then they just started trying to fix things that didnt need to be fixed so they could get the engine light off. My insurance told them to do another diagnostic. I had two rental cars during this period. So my insurance calls me tells me the car will be ready on Monday it is a Friday. She leaves for the day tell me why Juan Carlos starts blowing up my phone to pick up the car. I called insurance asking what to do and they had to call him to tell him to take it for a diagnostic. I pick the car up they got the engine light off they didnt do another diagnostic they snapped my window washing fluid and my engine rattlea. Now this morning ( I got my car back from them last month) my car completely shut off and made a mechanical smoking smell!!!! Do no go here they will not help you they will take your money and your car will be in worse damage than it was before your accident !!!

I will recommend Moe Allen to anyone who is in need auto body work. After my wreck I was referred by AAA to Moe Allen. I had already made a call to another location I have used prior, yet was worried about the time they take and needed my car ASAP. I took a chance with Juan and his shop. After the claims process with my insurance. I had Juan start work. Considering the damage I expected a least 2 weeks. However, to my surprise Juan called 1 week later to tell me my car was ready. My inspection indicated the work was solid, straight, clean and the paint was a perfect match. Essentially, better than it was before the wreck. I was very satisfied and Juan is a jewel of a man. His shop was a pleasure to deal with and I am very happy! Thanks Moe Allen!!

WOST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!! First they estimated one week without my car. Then they said one month. Then, Friday. We called asking if we could pick it up and they said they realized they didnt have the parts they needed, so get the car on Monday. Come Monday, same story. They got the first parts, but now they realized there were even more parts they had to order that they needed. I still do not have my car. The date is being pushed back days at a time and it is very unprofessional. They do not have the supplies they need and give vague details about the work they are doing on my car. I could not even tell you what they are doing to my car because they have not told me. Very unprofessional company. Do NOT take your car here.

I had to have work done on my 2011 Dodge Charger. The entire bumper had been torn off. Being new to the Valley, I did not have a clue who to trust my vehicle to. As a AAA member it was recommended that I contact Moe Allen Auto Body. I met with Juan Carlos, got an estimate and left the vehicle. He told me the car would be ready by Friday. A day early I received a call from Juan Carlos telling me the car was ready. He had me inspect the work and then it was okd to go. I would highly recommend Moe Allen Auto Body. Juan Carlos and the men working with him do admirable work.

You will probably be okay taking your damaged vehicle here for repairs, especially if there is only body damage. My truck looked pretty okay on the outside when they were done. In my case, there was some damage to the radiator. Whoever was finalizing work on the radiator forgot to put any anti-freeze or water back in (but of course they charged the premium price for it). My car over-heated a couple days later, probably causing some minor engine damage.

Not only do they do amazing work, but they are great people too! Juan Carlos and his staff are professional and caring people. They fixed up our car and youd never know there was damage. They went out of their way for me today and I am very grateful. Even though its not close to my home, I will recommend and be back if I ever need work done again. Thank you!

Juan Carlos is the man to see if you have auto body woes. Not only did he fix our rear bumper on our Lincoln Navigator he detailed(cleaned) the inside and out plus he worked on some unsightly scratches in the paint of the rest of our Nav. Thats not all, he shopped around to find the best deal he could. Happy Holidays, Michael & Rebecca

The mechanic there Carlos worked on my car and Completly screwed it up and now doesnt want to fix what he messed up!! I paid 1700.00 dollars for work thats now going to cost me twice as much to fix. He is a lier and a con artist!!! I am taking him to court to sue him!!! Do Not take your car here!!! You will regret it !!!
