My problem was directly with Roger. All I needed was a side mirror fixed. It took a month. He called twice to inform me that there were problems with the parts that they were sent. Understandably not his fault, but he informed me in an unprofessional manner and even argued in a know- it-all attitude instead of just answering my questions. Plus I have no idea why it took so long to recieve just a side mirror. Then he called me on a Wednesday to inform me that they needed to paint the part that they had recieved. He told me that it would be ready for me to come in on Friday. Friday morning he called me to let me know that it wasnt convenient for them for me to go in. I of course got upset and he changed it to that day. While I was at the business, he acted extremely unprofessional. I dont care if he has something going on in his personal life. It shouldnt be reflected in his workplace to customers. While I was talking on the phone my car was finished. Instead of waiting just a few minutes the S.O.B. gave the paperwork to my 3 year old daughter to give to me. At least theyre detailing my car and giving me a rental for compensation.

The whole experience was very pleasant and efficient. My initial call and appt. setup with Mia, who was very professional and direct, gave me confidence Id made a good choice with Abra! Within 2-3 hours the same day I had an installer, Chris, at my house to replace my windshield. He was friendly, engaging and had a smile on his face the whole time he was working! That to me was very telling that after 23 years of doing this "glass thing" he was still finding joy in his work. I will recommend Abra Auto Body & Glass to everyone. Thank you for exceeding expectations!

If you expect them to call you to set up an appointment, good luck. My insurance company set up a repair with them and they were to call me setup an appointment but never called. Called them and ask them to call me to set up an appointment but no call. If they are so busy that they do not have time to call a customer, how good of job can they do. I would not trust the fixing anything let alone my car.

Brought my truck to ABRA in Ogden on the recommendation of my mechanic and Im so glad I did. The repairs look great and were completed quickly. Roger & everyone there handled every detail, including keeping me updated during the process, arranging a better rental when mine fell through, and taking extra steps to make sure I was happy with my truck...and I am! Highly recommend!

My car was totalled so I didnt get to experience their work quality. When I went to clean out my car, the man helping me was rude and arrogant and talked down to me. He was going to have me hike to to back yard and carry a tote with my stuff. Im an older woman with two grand kids with me. I had to be pushy to get him to open the gate so I could pull my car in.

Abra Auto Body went far above and beyond in making sure that my car came back to me in absolute working order and took the time to make sure everything was handled. They took the stress of getting in my first accident and made it little more than a hiccup on the road. Roger and Russ were utterly fantastic as they took care of my car.

well year later my ac doesnt work, again, from the condensor fan they installed... radiator leaks and the paint they sprayed is coming off?... communication was weird and employees seemed stressed.... nice job guys :(

They scheduled me out just for a simple quote, But their door says " no appointment necessary" . They were 15 minutes late to the appointment at their shop.
