My 2009 Buick Lucerne was in an accident on June 22. Drove it to TOP GUN AUTO BODY. For an estimate. They worked with my insurance co. And me to resolve the issue. The car ended up to be a total loss. So the car was hauled off to the coport yard. TOP GUN went over and above what anyone could expect From any service facility. TOP GUN made this stressful time a little earlier. Took the load and worry off my shoulders. .As for the insurance companies. The whole mess should be resolved next week. Over a month. To slow. I had my 2007 Jeep Grand Cherokee in for repairs after an accident. They not only fixed the problem they originally told us about, but also readjusted two of my fenders when. They realized the bumper had pushed them out of alignment. I was given a loaner car for the few days the Jeep was in the shop, and absolutely every piece of paperwork was taken care of. The Jeep was also extraordinarily clean when I got it back, which is something I had been putting off for a while, considering I have a preschooler and two dogs. Thanks, TGAB!
